Close to the Promenade and close to the Tram Station.

Pros: The area is nice and it is close to the water. Tram is close.

Cons: Fresh and new but Bath door was not closing and one chair was close to crash (screen was not real fixed). Some more € in real nice furniere would be a better investment. Construction ongoing in the next appartment.

Home away from home

Pros: Clean, spacious, perfect location. Near many cafes, restaurant and bars. Lively and very safe area. Walkable distance to the beach. Well suited for a family. I will definitely be staying there again if and when I visit Nice.

Cons: Not an issue but the flat is located on 3rd floor and no lift. Something to keep in mind if planning to stay there.

Pros: Communication from the host was excellent - I received an email about a week before our stay with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport and how to get in touch with Anthony to arrange access. I then received a WhatsApp message on arrival at the airport and a reminder of the directions. Anthony also provided us with recommendations for eating out. The apartment was in an excellent location, close to the beach, public transport links and the old town (20min walk along the promenade)

Pros: Excellent location - two minutes from the beach - in a quiet side street. Close to bus and tram stops and walking distance from the city center. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, and with everything you could need. Very quiet thanks to good insulation. Anthony and Nicolas were very helpful and ensured we had a perfect stay in Nice.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Location, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, 2 big bedrooms.

Cons: Three flights of stairs and no lift keeps you fit!

Pros: Расположение отличное, доехали на Uber за 20 Euro от аэропорта. В 5 минутах ходьбы городской пляж Нептун, всегда были места рядом с водой. В квартире очень хорошо работает система кондиционирования, при +33 на улице, в помещении всегда было прохладно. Бойлер огромный, как сказал хозяин, хватит на 5-6 человек. Нас было трое, воды горячей было всегда достаточно. До вокзала Ниццы можно доехать на автобусе, но мы ходили пешком, 20 минут. оттуда ездили в Монако, Канны и на пляж в Вильфран. Рядом много супермаркетов. Есть бюджетный Lidl, но мы чаще закупались в Carrefour. При выходе из дома налево сразу улица Rue de France, пройдя минут 5, начинаются уличные рестораны на любой вкус. Идя по ней дальше, можно дойти до торговой улицы, где находится Галерея Лафайетт и множество бутиков.

Cons: Судя по отзывам, многим не нравится, что надо подниматься 3 этажа по лестнице. Но пролёты там невысокие, представитель хозяина помог нам поднять самый тяжёлый чемодан. Возможно, старым людям это неудобно, но для нас это был просто фитнесс.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros: Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und mit Blick auf Details eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt und wunderbar ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation unkompliziert.

Pros: Great location. 2 blocks from the beach with everything your need nearby. Easy to communicate with host . Spacious and clean. Would stay there again.
