Great apartment, would recommend for small families

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Newly renovated and comfortable. The beds were really soft and there was a nice big sofa Host was really good with communication. Easy instructions to check in and check out Super clean, we couldn’t fault it Close to the old town (10 min walk) to lots of restaurants and bars. Supermarkets and coffee shops just a minute away too Washing machine was great and they supplied a cot for my baby. Thank you

Cons: No fault of the property but we had a pram and there was no elevator. Just to make the stay even better I think a few extra tea towels, toilet rolls and a dish cloth would have been welcome. We managed fine though

This would be our go to place to stay again in Nice!

Pros: Great communication from the owner, I felt he went above to help us in locating, settling in and any issues we found he went out of his way to assist us. The location is ideal to reach the old town, bars, shops, transport links and the beach front. Nothing seemed to far away to reach by foot. The apartment is very clean, modern, and has the essentials you need to make your stay comfortable. We even had the option of washing and drying as needed.

Cons: The key safe was slightly temperamental but the owner assisted us to gain access and we dropped the key in the post box

Pros: Everything was great during our stay. Martin was very cooperative and responsive. The location is great. We would definitely come back again!

Pros: Ślicznie urządzone mieszkanie. Bardzo wygodna pościel i łóżka. Wszystko co potrzebne w mieszkaniu, w nim było. Świetny kontakt i pomoc ze strony właściciela.

Cons: Nie było takich rzeczy

Pros: Le logement est idéalement placé, proche du centre, des commerces et du port. La propreté, la literie et les équipements du logement ont répondus à nos attentes.

Cons: Le logement donnant sur le cœur de la ville, le bruit de la circulation peut-être entendu de temps en temps.

Pros: j’ai pris cet appartement pendant une semaine, c’était une vraie semaine de plaisir, il est magnifique spacieux, proche de tout facile pour se garer et facile pour accéder au logement.

c’est un excellent appartement

Pros: Le logement est bien aménagé, c'est agreable,les photos correspondent bien. Il est très bien situé pour profiter de la ville à pied.

Pros: Lo que mas me gustó es que la casa esta decorada con mucho gusto, todo parece muy nueno, moderno y original, y el anfitrión Martin nos ha ayudado en todo aquello que hemos necesitado

Cons: Quizá por ponerle una pega es q solo había 1 baño y como hemos ido 5 amigas y se nos quedó un poco.gracias lpoĝ
