Excellent value for money.

Pros: Plenty of space - we had 2 people staying, you could easily accommodate more. It was clean, functional, and had everything you needed.

Cons: Nothing major - i couldnt make the TV work (but i can barely work mine at home either) I am not 100% certain it was a smart TV so if you want to watch telly get ready for dubbed french tv. Other than that I couldnt grumble - if you weren't expecting the E150 deposit for towels. The host was very helpful - he doubles as a cabdriver too so get your lifts to the airport from him!

Pros: Flight was early in the morning host let us a lot earlier than check in time. Close to the sea, good transportation links. Property had all required for our needs.

Pros: Convenience of secure onsite parking,. Close to shops and beech. Lovely 10 mins cycle into Nice centre. Tram 2 mins walk. Superb spacious apartment with all required amenities. Lovey balcony. Host extremely helpful.

Cons: Sometimes had to wait for parking space but never too long. A fair trade off for parking in a secure area.

Cons: We hired a car, and managed to get parked everyday, but could potentially see in high season this could be an issue.

Great location

Pros: The apartment was large and had a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Free on-site car parking. Great quiet location. The tram stop only a short walk away. Beach and restaurants easily walkable.

Cons: Checking in was difficult as we couldn’t find the apartment and communication with neighbour was hard as we didn’t speak the same language. Car parking a bit tricky.

Great choose for short and long stay in Nice

Pros: Big apartment equipped with everything that you could need, very comfortable mattresses, on a quiet location. The tram and bus stop are 3 min away by foot so very convenient. The airport is 10min drive with Tram.

fabulous stay, our host was very accommodating allowing us to check in a couple of hours early, will definitely stay her

Pros: everything, lovely rooms with balconies, fully equipped kitchen and fabulous location minutes from the promenade and trams.

Cons: everything was perfect however if there was one critic it would have been nice to have just one English speaking television channel for catching up with the daily news or having a little down time at the end of the evening. But that is very minor.

Très agréable séjour

Pros: L'emplacement, la possibilité de stationnement à l'intérieur de la résidence, proximité de la plage et des commerces. L'accueil sympathique d'Arseni.

Cons: Rien à signaler hormis un manque de vaisselle (dommage car présence d'un lave vaisselle très apprécié).

Preis/Leistung top

Pros: Der Strand ist in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen, ausserdem hat man einige kleine Restaurants + Shops beim Wohnort. Parkplatz in abgesperrtem Bereich fanden wir super. Ihr bekommt bei der Ankunft einen Batch, mit welchem sich das Tor öffnen lässt.

Cons: Zu Nizza ist es ca. 50min zu Fuss, das sollte man wissen. Und wir mussten zusätzlich Toilettenpapier + Putzmittel kaufen, da in der Wohnung nur noch für ca. 1 Tag ausreichend da war (wir waren 5 Tage dort).
