Pros: Konumu çok güzel. Heryere yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Havluları, çarşafları, ev genel olarak temizdi. İhtiyaç duyabileceğiniz çoğu şey mutfakta mevcut. Ekip çok ilgili ve msjlarınıza nazikçe dönüş yapıyor. Daireye giriş işlemini çok rahat gerçekleştirdik. Kış ayında gittiğimiz için ısıtma sstemi çok iyi çalışıyordu, memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz

Cons: Balkon temizlenmemişti. Dairenin çift tarafında 2 balkon var, en azından ön cepheye bakan balkonun yeri temizlenebilir. Fırın yok, bu bizim için marketteki güzel pizzaları pişiremediğimiz için dezavantaj oldu. Bulaşık makinası da olsa çok keyifli bir daire olabilirdi. Ama bu eksikliklerin hepsi dairenin konumu ve konforu dikkate alındığında ufak detaylardı.

We enjoyed staying there including sitting on the veranda watching the activity on the street.

Pros: Location was excellent. Close to train, shopping, grocery store, bars, restaurants, easy walk to old town tour and market.

Cons: Location to pick up key was farther away from hotel than expected.

Perfect Family Stay

Pros: My friend stayed here with her three kids and absolutely loved everything about it. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a family — they felt at home from the moment they arrived.

Super schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft

Pros: Perfekte Lage, grosse Räume/Zimmer, grosser Kühlschrank, gute Betten, Balkon auf beiden Seiten

Cons: Toilette ist von Lavabo und Dusche getrennt, Türe von Apartment war schwierig zu öffnen (hat geklemmt)

Pros: Appartamento accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario, ben arredato. Doppia esposizione con balconi che si affacciano sui tetti della città. Letti comodi. Molto buona la posizione che permette di raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di interesse. In ogni caso c'è il tram che passa sotto casa e la stazione ferroviaria è a 5/10 minuti a piedi.

Cons: L'immobile non è ben tenuto all'ingresso e nelle parti comuni, anche la pulizia delle scale lascia un po' a desiderare. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, consiglierei un intervento di manutenzione delle porte: le serrature e le maniglie andrebbero sistemate.

Pros: Emplacement en centre ville et à quelques minutes de la vieille ville et de la promenade des anglais. Spacieux.

Cons: Le sol de la salle de bain et la porte de la chambre qui ferme mal. La procédure de pré-enregistrement (en anglais) avec dépôt de caution et de pièce d'identité.

Super Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung, hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt um alles in Nizza erleben zu können! Die Wohnung ist Tip top sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Pros: Herhangi bir eksik yoktu. Memnun kaldık. Konforlu, güvenli idi. Mesajlarımıza hemen güleryüzlü dönüş yapıldı. Ekibe teşekkür ediyoruz.

Cons: Mentre nelle camere la luce è molto forte, nel salone la luce è debole. Manca un mestolo e una pentola grande. I coltelli non tagliano, ne occorrerebbero con il manico di legno e la lama seghettata
