Cosy studio VIEUX NICE à 2 pas de la MER

Great location. Comfortable stay. Good communication and seamless check in/check out.

Pros: The studio has everything you need for the stay. Comfortable stay. It’s in the middle of a busy old town & touristy area but didn’t hear too much noise, contrary to some of the feedback I read from previous occupants. Comfortable bed. Equipped kitchenette, with tea / coffee/cooking oil but did not really have to cook. Some toiletries provided under the sink in the bathroom. Ironing facilities & hair dryer provided. I liked the contactless and seamless check in & check out with clear user friendly instructions. Directions how to reach the accommodation from the airport is very easy to understand as well. Thank you.

Cons: The shower is designed poorly. Needs more water stopper to seal water coming out of shower. Myself & my friend does long showers so water leaks flooded the toilet. I don’t know it could be the drainage, not draining fast enough. The owner may have to get this checked. Or maybe more bath towels/mats/mop can be provided. I think it’s something that the host can provide for future occupants coz the host is amazing, we just didn’t bother to ask more towels/mats or anything we were on tight schedules.

Pros: Тhe location is superb. It is located in the heart of the old town close to many landmarks and also close to the beach.

Cons: Тhe only thing is that there is no direct sunlight in the room and no windows to look outside, but this is not a big problem because there are so many places to see and walk around and we didn't spend much time in the appartment.

Pros: -Cerca del casco antiguo -Cerca de la estación de tren ( si quieres ir a Mónaco por ejemplo) -Bien conectado desde el aeropuerto ( unos 30 min y el trayecto es de unos 2 euros por persona en el tram). -Se puede ir a pie a los principales lugares de la ciudad

Pros: The place is very nice and cozy, extremely close to everything we need . It has everything for a good stay , very tidy and clean . The staff was very nice as well , we didn’t have problems to check in or check out . The bathroom it’s a little small but the shower is wonderful !!! The bed is nice and comfortable , anyway , was a very pleasant stay

Cons: The entrance is a bit weird , needs maintenance but doesn’t affect the experience

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la vie dans la vieille ville de Nice et les options de restaurants.

Pros: Le prix. La situation au coeur du Vieux Nice et à proximité du tramway. La gentillesse du propriétaire. La propreté.

Cons: Une petite lampe de chevet serait bienvenue 🙂 Du fait du manque de luminosité du studio, peut être est-il plus propice à des séjours courts. Il reste néanmoins très pratique et adapté aux petits budgets.

Pros: Rendkívül jó helyen fekszik... Aki túrisztikai céllal megy annak tökéletes.

Cons: Kilátás zéró, a fürdő hát lehetne nagyobb...

Pros: struttura perfetta per visitare Nizza vicinissima alla spiaggia e nel centro della città vecchia equipaggiata di cucina e utensili. proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile

Cons: le finestre danno su un cortile interno quindi non entra la luce del sole ma non è un problema perché siamo tornate a casa solo per dormire. bagno un po’ piccolo, non c’è aria condizionata

Pros: 위치가 매우 좋았고 (해변, 중심가 10분내) 혼자 묵기에 아주 좋았습니다. 냉장고, 조리 도구까지 다 있어서 편했고 요거트랑 와인도 있더라구요. 후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 매우 훌륭했습니다.

Cons: 계단이 옆에 있어서 소음은 잘들리구요. 세면대가 매우 좁지만 샤워실은 괜찮았습니다.
