Everything is fine

Pros: The apartment is in a wonderful location, in the heart of the old town. Very close to the sea. The apartment is spacious and warm.

Cons: There were no plates and bowls of different sizes. The second floor is stuffy, and the windows in the room don't open to let in air. I can't imagine how you can sleep there in the summer.

Pros: Fantastic location, friendly host, I warmly recommend it to everyone.

Perfect stay in Old Nice

Spotless, stylish, and a quiet escape in the middle of the buzz.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Appartement La Mezzanine in the heart of Nice’s charming Old Town. The apartment was perfect for three people, beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly cozy. Despite being right in the middle of the vibrant and buzzing streets full of life, restaurants, and shops, the apartment itself was a peaceful oasis. We slept like princesses every night! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short 6 minute walk to the famous Flower Market (Cours Saleya), and only 100 meters to the tram that easily takes you around all of Nice. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, from cafés and bakeries to boutique stores and local markets. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything was just as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Nice in comfort and style. We can’t wait to come back!

Cute stay and great location

Pros: Very comfortable, great location, very clean, cute, easy to find. Host was very contactable and helpful when finding the room.

Pros: Great location, my toddler loves going up and down the stairs.

Cons: A bit of a cigarette smell in the bedding set. Was a bit noisy at night.

Very satisfied overall (especially if you can accommodate the indicate quirks)

Pros: The place is excellently located and well kept. There are some minor issues to be aware of, which we didn’t mind but may cause some headaches for other travelers. As with most places in the old town, staircases are narrow and difficult to scale if you are traveling with lots of luggage. Better travel light. The upstairs bedroom has an exceedingly low ceiling. If you are tall(er), this will be an issue. By the same token, your kids will love to have their own little ‘cave’. The stairs to reach the room are equally challenging if you are an adult. Upstairs is likely to get very hot in summer, not a problem if you are traveling during the cool season. Pullout couch in the living room is the better sleeping option for adults. Limited kitchen utensils so don’t aim for preparing advanced meals. Excellent shower/bathroom facilities with plenty of (hot) water. Easy access to keys and very good communication with owner.

Pros: The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic! It’s a charming, clean and cozy space. Perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was exceptional, always friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. What impressed us the most was how, despite having the most important day of his life, he still managed to fulfill our requests promptly and with such care, which we deeply appreciate. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delightful and convenient place to stay in Nice!
