Fabulous half term visit with my daughter to explore beautiful, Nice

Pros: This apartment was in a great location to explore Nice. Well furnished and comfortable, meeting all our requirements.

Cons: The stairs to the apartment are steep, but we were made aware of this from previous reviews, but didn't detract me from booking.

Well located, quaint apartment in the heart of Vieux Nice with helpful host.

Pros: The apartment suited our little group perfectly for our week in Nice. The location was excellent and meant we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The host, David, was very helpful and informative and quick at responding to our needs. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

Pros: The apartment is in the perfect location, above a fabulous boulangerie in Nice old town. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the linen & towels provided were clean and fresh. It is only a 5 minute walk from the Garibaldi tram stop which made the airport transfer super easy and cheap (1 euro 70). David the owner was very helpful and communicative, from our initial booking through to the day we left. Many thanks!

Great 3 night stay, thank you.

Pros: The host David was fantastic, very helpful. Great aircon in the apartment and location. Nice double bed.

Cons: Cleanliness of the stair area, mould in shower. TV channels could not receive pictures. Small bed mattress was not very comfortable.

Loved our stay in the Nice Old Town

Pros: The location was amazing! We loved being in the Old Town and having everything we needed at our doorstep. The apartment was beauitful and so spacious. The communication with the host was an additional plus!

Perfect location in a cozy flat

Pros: The location was fantastic! The host was super helpful with details about fun things to do in Nice when we arrived. The apartment was clean and perfectly located

Cons: There were a lot of steps and narrow stairs to access the property. It wasn't an issue for us as a group but it is something to note if you have accessibility issues

Pros: Old town location, apartment was comfortable and functional. Very attentive and responsive host.

Cons: Staircase is narrow and ugly. Noisy with open windows, but sometimes even with closed.

How nice to be in Nice

Pros: The apt was central, comfortable and functional. It was well kitted out and the beds very comfy. Powerful shower, Central to many lovely restaurants and the Tram, id definitely return.

Cons: It wasn't obvious when we booked that the apt was at the top of a 3 storey narrow twisting stair case with No lift.
