Pros: I am absolutely thrilled that we were so fortunate with our accommodation! This place truly feels like a reflection of the beautiful, bright, and charming essence of Nice. Located on the third floor of a beautiful, classic building with high ceilings, it’s right in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance — from shops and the old town to the beach. The apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It’s equipped with modern appliances that make it feel like a true home away from home: a washing machine, induction stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, plenty of dishes, detergents, shower gel — simply everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Nice. We couldn't have asked for a better experience❣

Pros: l'appartement est bien rénové, bien équipé, la personne qui le loue a bien réfléchi à toutes les petites choses qui facilitent la vie des locataires, Très bien situé, proche du métro, de la vieille ville, de la plage, du centre, et des transports en commun. Idéal.

Pros: Super emplacement, près de tout, très fonctionnel, très propre

Cons: Malheureusement il y avait de la construction en face lors de notre séjour. Mais ce n’est que temporaire. Pas de climatisation. Plus difficile pour certains mais très bon ventilateur dans la chambre!
