Great appartment!!!

Pros: Location was excellent!!! Staff meeting us there was so very nice and friendly. Very clean. Great coffee machine. Loved washing machine and space outside window to dry clothes. Great use of space.

Cons: Need some fans when not using air conditioner.

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the city center near Place Masséna. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is also very close. Highly recommended!

Good location/equipments but need more detail/exact information on hotel location

Pros: Good location and good facilities(refrigerator, washing machine, TV, WiFi,...) well equipped.

Cons: Due to difference on hotel name, photo and address, it took some time to find right place. Do not find the location with 2P Carré d'Or, Nice hypercentre hotel name. 5 rue Gustave Deloye is the right adress. In addition, entrance key is not in hotel front door. You need to find the TABAC nearby which keys are kept... It has been a difficult time to get keys and find hotel while driving a new place. Except that, location, facility and kindness of owner are appreciated.

Pros: The owner is very polite and responds to messages quickly. Apartment in the center. Even though the apartment is old it was clean. I recommend it as a place for two people and only to sleep, and during the day to sightsee

Cons: The apartment requires renovation. When you turn on the cooker and kettle or the heater in the toilet, the electric plugs turn off. The kitchen siphon leaks. We did not receive pillowcases for the bed linen. The bed in the kitchen is not suitable for two people to sleep on (it is difficult to unfold). However, despite the fact that the apartment requires renovation, it is actually clean, which is a big plus for the owner and that he helps in emergency situations
