Le Michelangelo - Place Masséna

Excellent location, comfortable apartment, and a wonderful, attentive host.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay — the apartment was exactly as shown (if not even nicer as the sun greeted us at our arrival), very clean, cozy, and well equipped, with thoughtful little extras that made us feel truly welcome. The location was perfect for exploring Nice and the surrounding area (short walk from the shopping center that offers great parking in Nice - Parking Nice Étoile and a short walk to Place Massena), and David was an excellent host: friendly, responsive, and always available when needed. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: We stayed as a family of four, including a child, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped, with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is excellent—central, with easy access to the Old Town, shops, the train station, and tram lines. David, the host, was outstanding and always ready with helpful solutions to our requests. We highly recommend both the apartment and David, and we look forward to returning on our next trip.

Pros: Perfect location, 5 mins away from the beach. The building was very curated and the apartment looks better in person than in the photos. Would definitely come back!! AC, lots of plates and pans to use if needed.

Cons: More trashbags would be useful.

Pros: Located right in the city center, just a 5 min walk to the beach, and so price worthy! The apartment is clean and spacious with two bathrooms and all the facilities were provided. Very comfortable beds!

Pros: It was great that David popped in to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was compact for 3 of us but very comfortable and quiet. Great location for visiting the old town, or to walk to the station for trips along the coast.

Pros: The location was amazing! Right in the centre and so close to vieux Nice. David, our host, was very good and so accommodating. This has been the best place we have booked so far on our trip.

Cons: I would say the bathroom cubicle is very small but I guess there's not much they can do given the size of the appartment.

Pros: The location is very good, close to the main square and tram station. The apartment is spacious, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Cons: The showers are quite small, it is equipped only with the AC. During the summer that is a plus, but during the winter the AC hear is not the best.
