Pros: Good location, easy walking to sights and close to promenade

Cons: Toilet seat broken, bowls all chipped, cutlery dirty

Pros: Location is perfect! Very cute appartment, nicely furnished, well equipped, we found all the basics we needed for our weekend stay with our children. There are 2 bakeries right nextdoor, a supermarket in 5 minutes of walk, beach is just at the next street. And plenty of nice restaurants and cafés nearby.

Pros: Location, location, location - only one block from the waterfront! Plenty of small restaurants and food stores nearby. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The owner, Nicholas, is very helpful with information if you need it.

Cons: For overseas visitors, there could be some accurate information provided about specifics, such as operation of the television and the ceiling fans; garbage disposal.

Pros: Apartment owner very helpful. The location of the apartment is excellent, only you have to take into account the noise, as always when you are near the center or the beach or the boulevard.

Cons: Unfortunately the sofa bed in the living room is no longer as comfortable to sleep on as when it was new.

Pros: Everything was great! Hosts are very kind and helpful! The apartmant is located in the perfect place, in a walking distance of everything you could need in Nice. It is also beautifully decorated and it is perfect for four people. Kitchen is very well equipped.
