Location and apartment great

Pros: Second time here. a great place to stay, everything you need both inside apartment and outside with the location. Everything right at your door.

Cons: Stairs, very steep. OK for us but if you were old you would seriously struggle especially if you had big bags

Was a very central location. Perfect for exploring Old Nice and the surrounding areas.

Pros: Hosts were responsive when I asked for a blanket. There was only a duvet cover and duvet, no blanket. They couldn’t get a blanket but did provide an additional duvet cover which helped.

Cons: Getting into the property was very stressful. Booking.com said someone would be there to meet us - they weren’t. Luckily I had taken out a phone package or I would have been scuppered. I contacted booking .com and the hosts . No one replied. I could not find a number for booking.com and the 24/7 service was impossible to use. Eventually the hosts rang me and explained where to go to get the key ( a local supermarket). Once we had keys all was okay. No milk or welcome pack. Pillows were like cushions and very uncomfortable- did not sleep well.

Pros: Fantastic location with everything you need at your doorstep, markets, restuarants, bars and shop. Access also close by to trams and trains so you can get away to do day trips. Apartment has everything you will need, kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, washing machine etc....Really enjoyed this little apartment very much and the owner was absolutely fantastic to us when we had issues with our flights etc...

Cons: The stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow and we managed ok but if you were elderly and/or had large bags to take up or down them, this could be an issue.

Great Location

Pros: The location was excellent in the Heart of Old Nice. Close to the beach and all the attractions - even has a 'Cave' bottle shop down stairs so you won't run dry of good French wines if that is your thing. Our host was highly responsive. We had a little issue which he was quick to remedy on a Saturday The bathroom was well appointed and plenty of water pressure and hot water. The separate bedroom is always a plus giving independent space. The quirky Trompe-l'œil window in the bedroom was a nice touch. The aircon was very handy as Nice was having a hot spell late in the season.

Cons: The stairs to get up to the apartment are tight and steep. It is a very old building and showing its age in the public places. Whilst this was not an issue for us, if mobility or large bags are an issue for you when you travel, then be aware.

Pros: Très bon emplacement dans une rue bien animée.Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans l'appartement. Réponse rapide et précise avec le propriétaire

Pros: La ubicación, en el centro del casco antiguo y a 200 mts. de la playa. la comodidad de las instalaciones y la limpieza.

Cons: Tiene una escalera de ingreso muy empinada. Para nosotros no fue un problema. Si vienen personas con dificultades de movimiento o con maletas grandes, puede ser complicado.

Pros: Отличная квартира, месторасположение супер, все в двух шагах, до моря рукой подать, всё чисто, всё есть, даже стиральная машинка
