MY CASA - FRANCE 82 TP -1 min from the Sea - Terrace - Parking

Pros: Perfect sized apartment for 4 adults, great having 2 toilets and kitchen had everything you needed. Fully laundry facilities also a big bonus. Secure private parking and the location make this a real winner

Cons: Beds could have done with a mattress topper and shower tended to flood the bathroom floor

Pros: Clear instructions where to pick up keys. Lock box would have been easier although not practical with gate etc ! Great location. Parking spot perfect and all felt secure. Smart TV a bonus.

Cons: Could have done with extra chair/sofa to sit on. Few more mugs in the kitchen area would have been helpful

Pros: Perfect location for few days exploration of Nice. Close to promenade, shopping. Free secure parking. All amenities to have a comfortable stay with family. Bakeries, shops, etc. are close by.

Property exceeded expectations, and was perfectly located. Great value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect. less than 5 minutes from a tram station, and about the same to the beech. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Not many bars, although this didn't bother us. A local Carrefour, again only a few minutes away, meant we were easily able to stock up with what we needed. Communication with Salvatore was always helpful and quick, and Tanya at the office (key pick up) was friendly and informative. The property was much bigger than we had expected, and it was fully stocked with all we required. Property was secure, with it's own parking space available, although we didn't need it.

Cons: Could have done with an extra armchair or sofa (there is plenty of space). Couldn't find any instructions on how to use the cooker....managed to make do with some trial and error on the microwave.

Very enjoyable stay!

Pros: The flat is very spacious, especially if you are 2 couples or a large family and 2 bathrooms, which makes it very convenient. The living room and & kitchen area is open space and very spacious and quite well equipped for a holiday break. There is also a little terrace outside, not very private, as it is facing the interior garden/parking area of the bigger establishment, but very good if you want to just enjoy a bit of time in the open air while around the flat. Also, the apartment facing the interior courtyard makes it very quiet, which for me is a big plus…all positive and we would definitely return!

Pros: A belvárosi részen van egy zárt udvaron saját parkolóval.A szállás megtalálásához kaptunk egy fényképes útmutatót és a kapuhoz távirányítót,hogy autóval betudjunk állni.Szép modern felszerelt mosógép,szárító,mosogatógép piperecikkek,kávékapszula tea ,edények minden rendben volt.Volt egy fürdőszoba WC-vel,és egy külön WC kézmosóval .

Cons: Egy kicsit meglepett ,hogy az alig 600 eurós szálláshoz 500 euró volt a kaució,viszont 2 napon belül visszakaptuk.

Pros: Appartement très confortable et très bien situé, un plus pour le parking !!

Pros: Logement vraiment au top et superbement situé pour que une fois garé en sécurité dans une cour fermé en plein centre ville vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour à pied ou en Transport en commun. Le logement est parfaitement agencé et sécurisé .
