We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was always a pleasure to come back to this apartment.
Pros: The apartment is beautifully bright and light and everything is in an excellent condition. The kitchen is well-equipped though a toaster would be appreciated. The situation is very convenient and there are many supermarkets, bakers and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The roller shutters enable you to block off completely the bright street lamps at night if you wish. The bathroom is bright and clean and the shower works well. You can walk to the Promenade des Anglais (lovely for an evening stroll), the Cours Saleya and the Place Massena in minutes and Nice is well-organised for pedestrians.
Cons: These are more observations than complaints. More hanging space or at least a couple of hooks in the living room and the bathroom would be very useful. The heated towel rail in the bathroom is efficient but very small so an extra towel rail would be good. For two people for two weeks, two rolls of loo paper and a small quantity of hand soap meant that we had to buy more but we're talking centimes. The table is a bit wobbly and it's fairly easy to collapse a folding leg though you soon learn not to. An oven cloth/pan holder would be a good idea.

Lovely modern apartment.
Pros: Lovely, modern, newly refurbished studio apartment. We really enjoyed having more space than a hotel room, making use of the well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, good shower. 25 minute walk along the seafront to the old town and 35 minutes to the port. Very close to the beach and loads of bars and restaurants around it.
Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the 10am check out time - it is too early.

Good solution for staying in Nice or Montecarlo!
Pros: The apartment, very central and with walking distance with the beach and the center, has been refurbished recently with very good solution for the space and the design. There is also a balcony with a table to take a breakfast outside. The furniture is completely new and fully functional with all new home appliances. One small issue, that can be solved quickly, is the shower drain that is partially blocked.

Güzel konum, rahat ve konforlu bir daire
Pros: Temiz, modern döşenmiş, konforlu bir daireydi. Konumu Nice’in meşhur plajının hemen arkasında çok merkezi bir konumda.
Cons: Ev sahibiyle iletişim biraz daha geliştirilebilir. 1 gün önceden geleceğimiz saati belirtmemize rağmen uzun süre dairenin hazır olmasını bekledik. Mutfakta yemek yapmadık ama yapmak isteseydik mutfak eşyaları biraz kısıtlıydı.

Dobra lokalizacja i przyjemne mieszkanie.
Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, dookoła dużo restauracji i sklepów. Mieszkanie schludne i jest wszystko co potrzeba, kawa też.
Cons: Przydałaby się instrukcja jak używać śmietnika, wifi, etc - da się domyśleć ale byłoby łatwiej.

Super, nous recommandons.
Pros: Emplacement idéal à 2 minutes de marche de la promenade des anglais et de la plage, plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité. Appartement super propre et moderne avec une belle vue depuis le balcon. Excellent niveau qualité/prix.
Cons: Nous avons tout aimé. La seule chose à améliorer serait qu’il manquait quelques équipements lorsqu’on y reste plusieurs jours ; linge pour nettoyer les surfaces après avoir cuisiné, serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle, etc.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier plein de bons restaurants. Appartement tout neuf, propre , très bien pensé. Rien ne manquait! Nous reviendrons !
