MY CASA - MALONAT - Cosy Apart in Old Town w AC

Overall we really enjoyed it.

Pros: We couldn’t fault the location of this property—it was perfect for our family of six. The accommodation was exactly as described, and the space suited our needs for a short stay. We didn't cook evening meals, so we mostly used the small kitchen for breakfast prep and light lunches, which worked well for us. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night after our days out. One thing to note for future guests is that the property is situated up a bit of an incline, and then you’ll need to climb three flights of stairs to reach it. This can be a bit challenging with suitcases, but once you’re settled in, the location more than makes up for the extra exercise. It’s a great spot, and we’d happily return!

Cons: Some basics were missing eg: extra toilet paper, hand soap in the bathroom, salt, pepper and oil. Check in was completely frustrating, no one told us which apartment was ours ( and this is not in the check in instructions ) and we spent 45 minutes trying the key in every door until one opened, as I couldn't get hold of anyone.

Old town beauty!

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay at this very well equipped apartment in a beautiful part of the old town.

Nice in april

Pros: Perfect location! Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the train station, and even though it’s close to everything, the apartment is located on a quieter street, so you don’t hear all the noise from traffic and nightlife. A great spot at a great price!

Cons: Just so future guests are aware: the apartment is located on the third floor and up a bit of a hill. I didn’t mind—it was a nice way to walk off all the delicious food in Nice—but it could be challenging if you have mobility issues. The pillows are quite firm, which might not suit everyone. There are only three duvets in total: two large ones for the beds and one smaller one for the sofa bed. Also, the reading lamps didn’t work during our stay.

Great apartment.

Pros: Location was great, good sized space, comfortable beds. Be prepared to walk up a hill & the 3 flights of stairs. You’ll be fit by the end of the trip.

Cons: Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very strong in kitchen. Made it difficult when 2 of us needed to work at the same time in separate spaces

In the very heart of the city

Pros: Location Amenities View Kitchen and bathroom kits

Cons: Just note you can’t get by car directly to the apartment The closest parking is 5 min walk away Which wasn’t the largest problem but better to be aware

Excellent séjour

Pros: Le charme du vieux Nice et la proximité de tout les lieux visitables ; prom , port lympia, place Garibaldi , place massena , avenue jean Medecin , marché aux fleurs …..

Cons: La sortie trop tôt de l’appartement, on avait un vol à 17 h on a due attendre dehors avant de regagner l’aéroport
