Pros: Heart of Nice, 10 minutes from the beach and 10 min from large supermarket MONOPRIX. The central Square Massena is very close to the appartment. The rubish bins are on the first floor near the elevator. The tea and coffee are available in the apartment. Perfect for 2 people stay or two people with a child.

Cons: The powder for washing machine shall be bought in the supermarket, if you plan to go to the beach you should take care of the beach towels, the shop with the towels in 3 min from the apartment.

Pros: Great location, right in the middle of Nice. Close to attractions and coast. All attractions walking distance.

Cons: The sheer net curtain at one of the two windows wasn't adequate to keep out the bright light at night.

Beautiful place, will come again!

Pros: We visited Nice in February and we loved our stay. The apartment has just been fully renovated, everything is new and top-notch! The host was very kind, communication and check-in simple. Apart from the main bed, which was super comfy, the additional bed was a convertible couch with a real mattress. The entire apartment and the bathroom were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony is nice: you can see Jean Medecin from the balcony. The location is very central but it's calm in the apartment.

Pros: It was an ideal place to stay in Nice. Cozy apartment in a perfect location. Serge was genuinely caring and interested that your stay is comfortable. He really went above and beyond to help us when our flight was delayed. Could not imagine a better host.

Cons: The key pick up/drop off is a little bit complicated but overall worth it.

Pros: I had good support from the owner in checking in and out of the apartment, and thoughtfulness like cold walter in the fridge. There was almost everything I needed to stay. If I stay in Nice, I will book the apartment again!

Cons: Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

Brilliant location for a short stay

Pros: Superb location could not be more convenient for shops , restaurants and a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Small but cozy with balcony which can only seat two. It is on the 4th floor but there is a lift. Quiet for a city centre location. Small kitchen area reasonably well equipped.Good value for money given hotel prices in Nice.

Cons: Access is quite difficult by car as it’s not possible to stop outside the property. There is secure parking nearby under a local shopping centre about 23 euros a day if you pay in advance. Helpful therefore not to have too much luggage !!!!!

I enjoyed my stay I would like to stay there again in the future

Pros: The apartment is small but very clean and comfortable. It is located a short walk from the sea and convient for tram access to the airport via tram #2 from Jean Medecin.

Cons: The check in is slightly complicated by the need to pick up the keys from a different but nearby address between limited hours
