Pros: The best 5-star hotel in Nice, and probably one of the best in France. We’ve been to many. Exceptional service, comparable to Dubai’s one. They are always there for you. Small touches mean a lot. Good job guys and keep it up!

Pros: This hotel is truly the best in Nice. Everything is absolutely new, beautifully renovated, and of outstanding quality. The service is exceptional, with a highly professional and attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcomed. The food is always fresh, carefully prepared, and of excellent quality. Every detail reflects a high standard of comfort, care, and hospitality. A truly outstanding place to stay.

Fantastic location, simply wonderful!

Pros: Prime location in Nice, pure luxury, the stay was absolutely fantastic! The city photo was taken on the terrace of the hotel restaurant; the sea view photo from the hotel room.

A wonderful short break for the Festive Season!

Pros: The buffet on Christmas Day and Boxing Day was quite limited

Cons: Originally I was booked into a Deluxe room for wheelchair access,however when I made Reception aware of it I was offered another room immediately.Extremely helpful staff in all departments

Pros: The hotel facilities are excellent, the room was sumptuous and the decoration and lighting very tasteful.

Cons: One downside, which was definitely not at a 5 star level, was the breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 of the 3 breakfast experiences were rather chaotic. On our first morning, we were not explained that we could place an order for items from a menu. We found ourselves having to ask for bowls, plates and glasses on all 3 of the mornings, as there were none left. We were told on the second day that we could ask a staff member for tea or coffee. Upon ordering a pot of tea from a member of staff, we had to remind her of the order 15 min later. We then received the tea another 5 to 10min later. There is no problem when the selection of food available for breakfast, but more an issue of organisation. It would be good to have someone at the front desk who's sole job is to receive guests, explain how the breakfast buffet works and to assign them a table. That person shouldn't have to run around trying to collect dirty dishes or serve guests.

Luxurious and well situated but could have more spacious rooms

Pros: I loved the rooftop, and also the balcony on the sea front rooms.

Cons: Rooms were small Twin beds were very small and still stuck together Air conditioner was either too cold or too warm

Pros: The location is truly fantastic and the staff exceptionally professional, polite and friendly

Cons: The only thing that I suggest for improvement is to keep an eye on the fresh products like Saman during breakfast time given the heat of the season they may need closer regular attention.,otherwise all giod.
