Great studio in Nizza

Pros: Location,area, set up, amenities, features & practicalities in the appartement. Parking ideal. Good price/value ratio in Nizza. Owner well organized.

Cons: Bed is not really comfy for our standards and a towel heater would be helpful.

Pros: The owner went to the trouble of producing an excellent instructional video of how to access this secure property.

Cons: We should have known that the sleeping arrangements involved a fold away sofa bed but it was an excellent, easy to use one.

Highly reccommended!

Pros: Modern, clean and well equiped appartment with everything you need. Very close to Nice Riquier train station and to a supermarket with very good prices. Bus stations are also in the proximity. The privat underground parking place is excellent.

Pros: Everything was great, the apartment is small but you have everything you need and it is clean. If you are renting a car the garage is a very nice addition. We used it all the time. The neighbourhood is great and not far from the city centre. The only downside is the bed, it is a sofa bed and not very comfortable. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. The host was nice and helpful.

Pros: Location is good, during holiday trips take a walk is always something nice. Not so far from sea, restaurants and shops, are also near. Instructions is clear, and private parking. It was enough for me during short trip.

Pros: Facilities were amazing! Breakfast condiments along with tea and coffee provided, microwave, kettle and hob was really useful to us also. We had brought our own washing pods however they had been provided too! We were nervous about the parking situation however we had nothing to worry about! Parking garage is a lot bigger than some others we’ve visited and the parking space was a good size.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was great!

Pros: Really nice, clean, nice balcony, had everything you need in the apartment (for cooking and cleaning and so on), even smelled good in the apartment, cooler and really fresh

A great place makes vacation greater.

Pros: I thought we will have problems at check-in due to the late landing time of our airplane. But the very good comunication skills of our host made it very simple what we expected to be complicated. The property was very clean and very well equipped with everything we need. We even found a stand for drying clothes and an iron. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator and the air condition worked silently so our sleep wasn't disturb by strange noises. Thank you for the quality time spent in your appartment.

Cons: The only one negative thing what it comes in my mind is the rain from our first day of vacation but I'm sure that our host would have stoped if he would had this power. :))
