Pros: The location of the hotel is fantastic. Everything in 2-10 minutes walk.

Cons: I arrived during the carnival, so there was some noise after 10 pm, which is understandable given the fantastic location.

excellent hotel, great location

Pros: the hotel was amazing, great location in Nice and staff very helpful. Rooms were modern and spacious, and it felt very homely. lots of great restaurants close by from breakfast lunch and dinner and just a few minutes walk to the beach would defiantly stay again.

Cons: my parents are getting a little old so an elevator would have been great dad was struggling every day with the stairs to get up on a night. Although i say the beds were very comfortable which they were my bed made a noise every time you moved which was annoying need to get maintenance to have a look at it or just buy a new bed

Amazing

Pros: I loved that there was someone at reception to welcome me when I arrived, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my bags. I only stayed for a night and wished i had more time. I’ll definitely be back. The location is just as great, the windows cancel the outside noise

It was our best stay ever, enjoyed every moment!

Pros: Everything: designing of the room, sauna, shower facilities, mattress excelent, coffee/tea replaced in every morning, location excellent-close to restaurants area, Promenade D’Anglais, shopping.

Cons: This is a place that I would recommend to stay definitely. What I would like to see included next time in the room facilities: sleepers and bathrobes.
