Great “base” for visiting Nice and Côte d’Azur.

Pros: Great and honest place for what it was designated - small hotel in the heart of Nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very good both for when you want to visit Nice or Côte d’Azur. Room is clean and everything worked. And yes, a breakfast on the terrace makes you start the day even better. We enjoyed it and we fully recommend it.

Pros: The location is great, the staff are friendly and breakfast is very tasty. Next time back to Nice, I will definitely come here again.

Cons: The only complaint would be that the elevator is too small, but not really the issue of hotel.

Good stay with good location

Pros: It was close beach only 2min by walk, to the main Train station it takes only 15min by walk. Very good location, friendly stuff. Room was small but with balcony so we enjoyed our stay.

Great location hotel

Pros: Great location, close to beach and city area. Not too far from train station and old town. Able to keep your luggage for the day, which was convenient. Lift available. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Walls and door were very thin, could hear the other rooms and corridor clearly. Unable to watch TV or chat as it can be heard significantly. Super small sachets of shampoo shower gel and pillows less enjoyable.

Good quality for good price, with awesome staff

Pros: Jean-Louis was a fantastic host with a cheerful attitude and endless hospitality. He also fixed us an umbrella for the rainy day under our visit. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a lot of restaurants and shops. Much to see in a walking distance. Comfy and modern room with a clean and nice bathroom.

Cons: The shower was super tiny, I'm a slim guy but even I barely fit in the cabin. Someone who has a bit bigger body type has no chance to actually squeeze themselves in, no joke. Also the air conditioner did not warm the room properly so our clothes did not dry out over night, and it was also quite cold inside.

Perfect location and excellent stay!

Pros: Wonderful small hotel in the heart of Nica. Great value for the money. Very clean and comfortable premises, extremly polite staff. We had great experience there. Highly recommend!

Good place for short term stay.

Pros: Location, staff, balcony, room, kettle for making coffee and tableware for eating.

Cons: Pillow was hard and bed was short for me. Toilet was small and very tiny shower room. The sound through the front door and walls. Seagulls screamed outside. But overall OK.
