Excellent stay – comfortable and convenient

Pros: This is one of my favorite places to stay in Nice. The studios have a pleasant, well-thought-out design. It’s located in a lively neighborhood, yet it’s quiet at night. Close to the Promenade. Clean, convenient, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and polite.

Simple and comfortable

Pros: I didn't try the breakfast, but staff has been very kind and picking up the key after reception had closed was very easy! The rooms have everything you could ask for and the hotel is located perfectly. Hard to beat for the price.

Pros: I was very happy with my stay. The room was bigger than expected, nice and clean. I liked the atmosphere of the house. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was surprised how calm it was inside the room given the location. I would come back again.

Cons: One tiny thing: the elevator is on the half of the stairs, so you need to carry luggage at least one stock. I had very heavy luggage.

Perfect location in the city of Nizza

Pros: This little Ammi apartment hotel has a perfect location and it is easy to reach: There is a main tram line on Avenue Jean Medecin, with a stop in Massena, just next to the location of this Ammi-hotel on Rue Massena. These rented apartments are fresh & clean, with their own bathrooms, kitchen & facilities. Breakfast is good and is available, even though they have such a tiny breakfast room. They have very friendly and welcoming personnel in the reception. And what's more, there is luggage storage available until 7 pm on the day you are leaving the city of Nizza.

Cons: The breakfast room is so tiny: try to squeeze in 😊. But their breakfast is good.

Perfect

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect in the heart of Nice in the pedestrian street next to the Lafayette gallery and Liberty square, a lot of shop, museums and cafes are at hand. The room is spacious and perfectly decorated, the mini kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you! We'll come again!
