Very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Located near what may be called the modern centre, a stone throw from \

Cons: I intende first to leave this negative section blank. It could have been more luxurious, many would require an elevator, (I don't mind climbing stairs) but there is that cost of such things. Just around the corner is Rue Masséna with all kinds of restaurants and there is nightlife to about 1 am. Then it is all quite. So I add this just to manage your expectations.

Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended in the heart of Nice.

Pros: Clean, modern and spacious hotel room in excellent location. Short stroll to the beach and old town just a little further. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location hotel room with fantastic host

Pros: Fantastic location close (but not on the beach), great aircon, comfortable bed. Host (Manuela) was fantastic, super friendly and able to help us with any request. Very clean room! Provided great recommendations for local restaurants too.

Romantic stay for a couple with great location

Pros: Excellent location and lovely room with a balcony. Nicely and thoughtfully furnished for a couple stay for some nights. AC worked quietly, shower was with good pressure and the host was very friendly.

Cons: Mattress was a bit worn out

Lovely, right in the centre and kind service.

Pros: Location was amazing, right in the centre amidst the fashion stores and restaurants. We loved the balcony in our room!

Cons: There was a renovation going on and first we weren’t sure that are in the right place or not. But that was tiny thing.
