Very basic hotel in a great location

Pros: The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic.

Cons: It's an old hotel that could do with new carpets and furniture in the lobby. The rooms are pretty small.

Pros: Great location, 2min walk to the beach, restaurants are located all around the hotel, 5min walk to vieux Nice, 3min walk to the Petit Train, underground parkings very close by, and the pedestrian/shopping street not far either! Confortable rooms.
