Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cons: Lighting not bright enough Lack of space at each side of the bed

Pros: Extremely clean. It had all the facilities that you needed and also complementary coffee and tea. The location was amazing, so close to the tram lines. The property was easy to locate and felt really safe.

Good for a weekend

Pros: The location is very good, mostly if you need the train, otherwise Nice is not too big and you can walk everywhere. The shared kitchen is equipped and the ensuite was renovated. The room had aircon.

Cons: Make sure you check which room you're getting, because ours didn't match the picture offered. We had a much smaller room than expected. The room was clean but it was next to the shared bathroom, so when other people shower late, you can hear it.

Amazing comfortable place to stay, great location.

Pros: Amazing location, very clean, very secure, large washrooms, separate shower and toilet rooms.

Cons: The photos and description say there is a microwave and washer machine. Neither were at the property.

Pros: Camerele sunt foarte curate, mari, mobiler modern,bine intretinut, patul foarte confortabil.Imaginile camerelor sunt conform cu descrierea booking.com. Baile curate. Bucataria mare,curata,mobilata si utilata. Locatia aproape de gara centrala si tramvai,mijloace de transport. Un sejur minunat!

Все було супер, ми дуже задоволені

Pros: Супер зручне розташування, дуже детально розказано, як зайти в помешкання, є невеликий ліфт, а саме приємне - багато корисних дрібниць ( кава, чай, печиво, подаруночки )

Cons: Неприємний запах каналізації з ванної кімнати

Pros: Die Lage am Bahnhof, modernes Zimmer, viele kleine Geschenke

Cons: Mitbewohner waren laut und der Abfluss hat unangenehm gerochen

Piacevole esperienza

Pros: Camera pulita e ordinata. Bagno pulito, piccolo ma moderno. Consiglio di scegliere l’opzione con bagno privato in camera. Zona ottima, due minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal tram. Zona ricca di negozi e servizi.

Cons: Ogni tanto si avvertiva un odore un po’ fastidioso provenire dal bagno, sopportabile, però da rimediare. L’ascensore del palazzo è molto piccolo, entrano massimo due persone una dietro l’altra.

Pros: Хорошо обставлено, чисто, занавески blackout, хорошая шумоизоляция

Cons: Все хорошо, центрально, все рядом, правда районы центральной станции всегда шумные, но атрибуты апартаментов такие как шумоизоляция сглаживают любые казалось бы недостатки.

Pros: Розташування ідеальне, 5 хвилин до вокзалу, близько до центру, та пляжу

Cons: Шум через колію яка знаходиться поруч, але з закритим вікно нічого не чути
