A good stay for a few nights if you want somewhere close to the station but also walking distance to shops and restaura

Pros: Close to train station. Good area for shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed . Quiet. Safe. Good communication with host. Easy to get the key.

Cons: Tiny shower. No TV.

Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Good location. Close to the train station, central street and the beach. Street is quiet at night. Suitable for light sleeper. Quite a lot of space in the apartment, functional kitchen.

Cons: A couple of things in apartment need to be repaired (door knob to the bathroom falls out, door to the bedroom squeaks, one of the towel hooks in the bathroom fell off) Kitchen could be more equipped. Another knife, pot and a cutting board would be nice. No TV. It is clear in the description but would be nice to have for longer stays. No washing machine. I believe it is typical for Nice and there is a laundromat nearby.

Pros: Nice and clean apartment in the centre of Nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to all relevant things.

Cons: For a light sleeper, like myself, there were just a bit too many noises, but for other people that should not be a problem

Pros: The host is very responsive and was kind enough to check me in a couple of hours early, which I appreciated. The apartment is clean and spacious and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the train station. It has a large living area, with a kitchenette alcove; a separate, good-sized, bedroom, and queen bed with extremely comfortable mattress and pillows; and a separate functional bathroom.

Cons: Note, though: - there is no TV or hairdryer - the microwave is above eye height (I'm 165cm) - damages bond of 200€ cash required on check in. The host mentioned this in the welcome email but I think this requirement should be made clear in the Booking. com description.

Perfect location, spacious and pleasant apartment.

Pros: The property was a perfect location for us. Only a few minute walk away from the train station, and about 10 minutes from the beach. There were restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets in the nearby vicinity. The place was clean, comfortable and quite cute looking. Everything that we could have needed for our stay was there. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely a great choice for accommodation.

Pros: Proprio réactive, arrangeante, de bons conseils, pro. Logement adéquat, clim non négligeable. Boulangerie et location (lime)vélo de ville électrique à proximité. Kitchenette fonctionnelle.

Cons: Bruit de passage car au rez-de-chaussée ( porte entrée en métal) Tabourets pour les repas. Taille de la douche. Prix excessif / nuit ( une généralité en hte saison sans doute )

Cons: Slightly busy and loud location in the entrance of the building — but no noise at night.
