Villa du Chateau

Cozy apartment with a terrace in an amazing and very quiet castle garden.

Pros: Very friendly host. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in already at 9.00. The owner lives on the second floor of the same house and was waiting for us at the gate at exactly 9:00 a.m. We received thorough information about the location of the nearest grocery stores and information on how to take a direct route through the museum garden to the beach. A cozy terrace and there was enough space for three people inside the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, plus a capsule coffee maker and a microwave oven. There was a wide and comfortable bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room that could have accommodated 2 people. On the terrace lived two small turtles :). The apartment is located in a very quiet area, the old town of Nice is about 2 km walking distance. 700m to the sea. We were very satisfied with our accommodation.

Pros: A spacious place that’s very comfortable to stay in. ps. On Google Maps, it isn’t marked, but there’s actually a path that goes through the art museum, allowing you to get from the seaside to your accommodation quickly.

Super weekend

Pros: It is a fantastic location, right at the foot of a beautiful castle. A large terrace, peaceful surroundings, and the apartment has everything you need. We liked everything.

Cons: All was good.

Pros: Ultra secure parking. Fantastically located. Engaged and kind host. Immaculate property.

Pros: Very nice people and beautiful place, we will definitely come back.

I would definitely recommend staying here when in Nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great shower, good kitchen facilities, spacious, close to public transport and the beach. Friendly hosts.

Cons: Would’ve liked to have more supplies like hand soap etc.

Pros: Lovely little apartment, high quality furnishings and fittings and in a very nice and quiet area. Private parking in a secure gated community is an absolute gem and the hosts are very helpful. Look out for the mascot of the property, the hen (poule) that regularly wanders around the community 😀.

Cons: The bathroom ventilation is limited and needs improving. The apartment is though through and through so in good weather opening all windows/french doors ventilates the whole apartment very quickly.

Pros: Loved the apartment.. It's located in a villa next to a beautiful Chateau. Convenient location - 5/10 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the tram (go through the nearby museum's garden) that goes to the airport and Nice Saint-Augustin station (trains to Monaco/Cannes/Menton etc). Beautiful private garden and modern facilities. The owners were lovely and agreed to keep our luggage the last day while we were exploring the city. Will come back again!
