Lovely
Pros: The location was sensational! It was on the beachfront literally minutes from the gorgeous beach. It also is only a 15 min (or less!) walk from a train station as well as being near to bus stops. The apartment was clean and gorgeous.
Cons: The WIFI wasn't always consistent, but generally was OK.

We had an enriching 4 days
Pros: Great location , even though a bit noisy due to busy road . The beach just across the road. We walked to the old town and to Renoir museum from here. Olivier St lovely for coffee , boulanger ie and market . We'd stay there again and explore further afield. For us, this was a better base than busy Nice.
Cons: The kettle wasn't working on arrival, but replaced when we mentioned it. Maybe some tea, coffee and milk to welcome people ?

Stunning Cagnes Views!
Pros: UNBELIEVABLE Views... Balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset.... location in heart of main beach street and close to public transport..
Cons: Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not comfortable..OK for one night but suggest to upgrade bed.

Excellent apprment, no lounge chairs, limited communication
Pros: Excellent appartment which feels bigger than the square meters it has. Very good noise isolation, very clean, nice beaches just across the road.
Cons: - No lounge chairs outside Lounge chairs were used on the front photo of the property when I booked - so we were unable so simply chill outside and read a book. - Communication: unresponsive owner I wrote messages within Booking several times across the few days, asking about the lounge chairs, offering to buy them, leave them there and get refunded. Haven’t received a single reply.

A wonderful short stay and we hope to return!
Pros: Loved this cute little apartment. Stylishly understated with some really unique touches. For a short vacation (two nights in our case) it has all that you need and the location is absolutely superb. Literally facing the sea with great little restaurants within extremely short walking distance either side. Very relaxed and happy after our weekend here. Thank you!
Cons: The parking is rather dubious but in the end we never got towed. The WiFi and internet is poor so if you really need / are relying on that just be aware. The apartment could benefit from a small toaster and some light switch dimmers or a couple of lamps for a more relaxed night ambiance. All that said, we would return anyway for all the positives !

Nice accomodation but non-existent host
Pros: Very fresh accomodation, nice interior and pleasant outdoor space. The sea is on the other side of the street and the bus stop is very close. Walking distance to Casino Supermarket.
Cons: THE HOST CANNOT BE REACHED either by e-mail or phone. We wanted answers to some questions and tried to get in touch with the host several times before our trip, but no answer. Even during the stay we needed to contact the host to tell him/her that some things were broken - no response. Neighbors to us also tried to mail and phone the host as they had got the wrong code to the key box. Luckily they managed to get help from Booking.com. Several reviews here are precisely about the fact that the host cannot be reached! There is a lot of traffic on the street and therefore also a lot of exhauts.

I was using this as a base only and so it was perfect for this.
Pros: A short drive from Nice airport with regular buses, trains, and taxis always available. The location was perfect, just across the road from the promenade and beach, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I stayed in this location some 14 years ago, so I did know the area a little.
Cons: There was no kettle in the property that I could find, so had to boil water in a small saucepan. Not ideal. This property is ideal as a base but I wouldn't want to spend longer at the apartment due to its lack of outdoor space. Two other properties within the same building would be more appropriate as both have more outdoor space with a lovely view.

Very good I would go again but the upstairs apartment next time
Pros: It was clean modern and so easy to get to the beach and cafes etc .
Cons: I was very disappointed as I thought I had booked the upstairs apartment but was downstairs with no view x that was very disappointing For a 10 day stay maybe another towel. Also no iron

Cute little apartment in a nice seaside town with excellent train links to towns along the coast .
Pros: Lovely little apartment . Cosy and cute. Just like the photos with everything we needed. Sea view across the road from little patio area Easy to find by short taxi ride from airport . Great train links to Monaco , Cannes etc with train station approx 10 min walk away( cross-de-Cagnes) Lovely little seaside town with lots of restaurants within walking distance
Cons: Be aware that the apartment is more of a studio than one bedroom. It is small but perfect for two. There was no communication with the host apart from the initial entry instructions etc. These were fine however we messaged several times about the possibility of later check out or leaving luggage as our flight was not until later on departure day but there was no response from the host despite several messages via booking.com and direct to his local number.
