I'd stay here anytime.

Pros: Eric is the kindest host I've ever met. He let us stay, although booking made it possible to reserve a closed period. He instantly prepared our room while we had an evening walk in the city on the 30th of December. We received many useful tips and advises for our stay, and we could use the fully equipped kitchen.
