Villa Nanou Riviera

Pros: Very homely vibe. Did not feel like i was staying in a hostel.

Pros: The stay was very pleasant, it felt like home. Everyday bathroom was cleaned, and the people were amazing. The location is right in the center of the city, which was very convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

Pros: Absolutely perfect! Location in old town - close to everything - beautiful parks, bars, restaurants, walking distance to the beach, Place Massena by Promenade du Paillon. This is historical building but completely renovated and extremely clean. As women solo traveler I feel absolutely safe here. Owners Nannou and Philippe do their best to keep this place comfortable for short or long stay. I extended my stay here and recommend it to anyone

Pros: To put it in international contexts; this is a really nice hostel. If you're traveling on a budget then this place is far better than many others in similar destinations, that I've been to, especially for the price. It is located spot-on. Just beside old town, you can walk to all the beautiful restaurants, stores and bars in minutes. The city beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Rooms, kitchen and shower were cleaned on a daily base, the mattresses weren't too soft, just right for my back. Sheets and blankets are included, no need to bring your own. You can come and go as you like, the host has a friendly, open personality and he makes up for his lack of speaking English with a little translation device, which turned out to work very well.

Cons: There are some minor downsides, one could even say they're more of a subjective view. A real letdown for me was the kitchen; although being fully equipped with modern devices, you're not allowed to use the oven or the stove. You've got an air fryer and a microwave, but these don't make up for that, at least not for me. Furthermore people often left the doors to the private rooms open in night-time and early morning, so you have a high chance of waking up before your alarm, at least if you've got a light sleep like me. People smoke at the balcony next to the kitchen, if you don't like it, it may matters to you, I wasn't bothered by that.

Pros: This is a great option for people who value a great location at a reasonable price. The building is located in the very center of the city, so you won't have to spend money on transportation. There are many grocery supermarkets nearby, and an excellent market in the old town where you can buy local produce. The beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The apartment is clean and cozy, thanks to Philip, who takes great care of everything. I stayed in a double room and loved everything. I'll definitely be back!

Pros: Very welcoming and helpful hosts! The accommodation was very clean with good facilities for a solo traveller. In a great location and felt very safe for a female travelling alone.

Pros: The location is absolutely fabulous, it's in the centre of the Nice! Brilliant, very attentive hosts. Perfect value for money. Opportunity to cook and keep food in the fridge. Comfy mattresses, anti mosquito nets.

Pros: The residence is very clean, near center of nice and surrounded by restaurants , lidl , monoprix supermarkets , gardens and coffee shops.Kitchen is shared and well equipped, it is very close to bus and tram stations.Nanou and her 2 assistants were very friendly , allowed bag storage untill our train time in the afternoon.
