Worth the view

Pros: The view from the terrace, room space and Rachel was kind&helpful

Cons: WiFi is really weak and the pool water wasn't the cleanest

Pros: Stunning view, very friendly and accommodating host and a lovely pool, the whole terrance area was very nice.

Cons: The walk uphill with luggage can be a challenge! I don’t mind personally.

Pros: Located on Nice's hills with a magnificent vue to the sea, town and airport (> 10 km away); nice, large terrace with all you need to relax. Definitely a destination of choice for relaxation!!

Pros: Super spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood. With a swimming pool and a great view over Nice! Host is very friendly and helpful. Bathroom is actually much better than in the picture, so don’t be hesitant. The location is a bit far away from Nice center, you would need a car to go downtown or around (need to walk up and down hill quite a lot to get to tram or bus, and only run till 9pm). But we knew it when we booked. We specifically chose this because we want to have a relax and quiet vacation.

Cons: It’s a bit challenging to park the car. Better to have a small car or big confidence or both :)

Pros: A stunning view from the top of the hill, a lovely apartment and a very friendly and helpful host.

Good Potential

Pros: This place has huge potential. As most have mentioned the view is spectacular and the outdoor areas are lovely. Sadly, there is work to be done to make it an exceptional place to stay.

Cons: For very little cost the owner could make this accommodation amazing. These suggestions are for her benefit and based on our experience of over 130 bookings on Booking.com. First, there are some basics that we have found most properties provide. They include adequate toilet paper - half a roll for a three night stay is not enough. Most places provide enough coffee capsules to last the time of stay. Two really is not enough for two people over three nights. Finally, if there is a dish washer it is in the interest of the owner if they want clean dishes to provide tablets. One tablet is not enough for three nights. Great apartment with a fantastic view. Merci beaucoup!

Pros: Comfortable, spacious apartment off the Grande Corniche with a fabulous view over Nice. Felt very luxurious to have our own swimming pool! Friendly host who came to assist in getting the car into its spot. Tip - as you drive down Chemin du Mont Gros the entry road to 43 goes up on the right hand (wall) side. It is out of Nice so if you want to be in Nice every day/night it might not suit, but as we were halfway in a month long trip it suited us perfectly - a chance to relax in our own space and enjoy a few home cooked meals. Also able to drive to EZE /Monaco around the top without going down into Nice.There is also a very pleasant restaurant La Casa du Giada in walking distance, up the hill (mountain) on the left hand side near the two sets of traffic lights.

Cons: Some instructions for the washing machine would be useful. We got it going and it did the job but not sure I was using it properly.

a great place above Nice

Pros: everything was as good as one can get. spacious flat with all the appliances one needs and the terrasse / view is just amazing. it is worth the climb and being a bit far from the centre. the city can however easily be reached within 30 minutes (15 minutes walk + 15 minutes tram) very friendly and helpful host. parking place is definitely welcome.

Cons: nothing for information just be aware that there is nothing in the area. you need to reach the city to have coffees, restaurants, bakeries, markets… but the view is worth it!

Lovely apartment in the hills of Nice

Pros: Very nice apartment in the hills of Nice. Great view looking over Nice. Bit of a walk to the tram (10/15 mins) but is fine as long as you don't mind hills. Very nice pool and patio area to relax.

Cons: WiFi is not great but I'd say that is an issue with the location and not much can be done about it

Breathtaking view

Pros: The apartment is lovely, new and has a breathtaking view. Stunning. It is a little bit far from center but for the view, the peaceful atmosphere and the facilities provided is worth to choose it.

Cons: I traveled in winter and in apartment was a little bit cold.
