Pros: The apartment is at a very good lóháton, easy to access by public transport. The view from the balcony is magnifique🤩

I recommend it!

Pros: Very well located. Public transport just in front of the apartment with buses and train to town and the main train station that will get you to Monaco or any other city around Nice. Brach very close just few steps, supermarket down in the building. The view is stunning and the sunrise is perfect from there.

Cons: The pillows are very very bad. It is like sofa cushions, 30cm high and hard. We couldn’t use any of the 6 “pillows” provided. Definitely something to improve.

Pros: Úžasná lokalita, snadno dostupné letiště i centrum města. Výhled na moře a hlavní promenádu. V apartmánu pračka, vybaven dostatečně nádobím a vším potřebným. Na balkoně sušák s kolíčky. Dole obchod Carrefour. Skvělé ubytování na poznávání města i koupání.

Cons: Gauč na spaní by si zasloužil trochu vyčistit...

Pros: Un appartement très propre agréable proche des commerces,carrefour juste en bas, plage à proximité juste traverser la rue,parking en bas dans une rue facile à trouver des places. L’appartement est confortable complet des tout ,lave-vaisselle,lave machine, cuisine équipée,les chambres sont très agréable les meubles sont très propre et neuf les canapés sont confortables

Pros: Zacznę od lokalizacji mega plus,piękny widok, przestronne wnętrze, wyposażenie ( maty na plażę znajdują się w szafce na balkonie ☺️) , dobry i sprawny kontakt, miły właściciel. Czysto pachnąco. Atutem sklep Carrefour na parterze. Polecam z czystym sumieniem. Wszystko tak jak w opisie.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czyste i przyjemne mieszkanie. Blisko lotnisko, plaza, sklepy. Łatwy dojazd do centrum, na dworzec kolejowy z którego pociągiem można pojechać do Monako. Bardzo pomocny opiekun mieszkania. Same plusy !!!
