Pros: Perfect location, everything you need in the house, very friendly host.

Cons: Could have been cleaner and smelled like cigarette smoke (probably coming through the walls or vent) but otherwise good value for the money!

I enjoyed a lot of the landscapes of French Riviera

Pros: The room I was accommodated in was at the ground floor of an one story house and this house is located in a quiet street in the La Trinite town close to the Nice. As an alternative to car, location is accessible by a public bus even though there is a 15 min distance to the bus stop called General Saramito. The room had everything in it, bathroom with all what is necessary, a small kitchen for cooking with complete set of dishes, refrigerator. Also, bed was comfortable. The personnel is friendly. The access to the room is done by a card used to unlock the gate of the location. And, las but not least, there is an Auchan hypermarket located at 5-10 minutes to go on foot.

Cons: Location is far away from Nice as the travelling time from the location to Nice city center/Lympia harbor is about 40 minutes during normal traffic conditions. Also, another aspect is a too high number of immigrants that gives a feeling of less secure area.

Lovely stay

Pros: The hostess was very welcoming and helpful and the facilities were great. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you might need. We slept well on the comfortable bed.

Cons: It was initially a little bit unclear that the common areas were shared, but this was not an issue in the end.

Ideal place to rest after long hot day trips

Pros: What you see is what you get. Spacious room for 2 with fully furnished kitchen. Located in a calm neighbourhood but still at a reasonable distance to the big cities. The cherry on top were the lovely hosts. Grace and her husband were very hospitable. They had good day trip recommendations, didn’t hesitate to help us around the house but also went as far as calling different pharmacies to accommodate my ear infection. 100% recommend!

Pros: Although breakfast was not included, there were pre-packaged pastries and water in the room. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. But what pleased us the most was the help of Mrs. Grace in dealing with the car rental company regarding the flat tire. She willingly participated in several phone calls, drove us to the scene of the accident and then to the car rental company. Without her, we would have spent much more time and money and missed the afternoon trip to Monaco. Such an approach to customers is rare, so thanks again for everything!

Great place to stay for the Monaco F1.

Pros: It was an immaculately presented property with extremely friendly hosts. Being able to pick up our key early on our first day meant that our very late arrival after returning from the Monaco F1 Grand Prix was not an issue. Grace and her lovely husband made our Monaco F1 Grand Prix visit possible as all the accommodation closer to Monaco was extremely expensive.

Pros: The lady was Very kind and helpful with everything, made our staying so much better! The train is Very close, easy to acces the centre. Everything is nice and clean, recommend it:)
