Excellent value for money in a beach location with sea view
Pros: I can’t relate to some of the previous reviews - during my stay both the host and the WhatsApp contact person were very helpful and responsive. The apartment was very clean, many utensils and dishes seemed new, and it had everything needed for a short workation. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfectly sufficient for both work and Netflix. Considering the very affordable price and the great location, it’s understandable that the apartment isn’t the most modern or luxurious.
Cons: My only comment would be about the leaky windows, which could use replacing as they let in noise and cold air.

Great accomodation in Nice, I highly recommend!
Pros: Absolutely wonderful week in Nice thanks to this accomodation. We were completely satisfied. The appartment was clean, everything (air conditioning, TV etc. worked well) and the best of all is the location - right on the beach, by the crosswalk and in the calmer part of the promenade (there are more people closer to the center and the beach is also dirtier there). The apartment has everything you could need during the week (hairdryer, cooker, washing mashine, dishes etc.). The communicatipn with the host was perfect.
Cons: I would have appreciated some shelves for clothes or a chest of drawers, but it is just a minor detail.

Pros: The view was incredible 😍 And was near the airport and you.can see the sea from the bed! Amazing will be back
Cons: Maybe a better shower screen so the floor doesn't get soaked.

The stay was very good
Pros: 1- The direct view of the apartment on the sea and the beach is exceptional. Only the main street and the promenade separate the apartment from the beach. 2- There was an iron in the apartment and we used it. Great Idea. 3- The Building was so quite and clean.
Cons: Everything was good compared with price. But it would be better to have: 1- Faster Internet connection. 2- Additional clean bed sheets to cover the couch and use it to sleep on it. I used sheets which was not clean enough.

Pros: Très belle vue sur la promenade des anglais. Proximité du tram pour aller à l'aéroport ou en centre-ville.
Cons: Très bruyant et très gênant la nuit. La baie vitrée n'est pas suffisamment isolée phoniquement.

un hébergement parfait pour un couple qui voyage, pour un bref séjour à Nice.
Pros: Le studio très ergonomique, tous les équipements en ordre, lit très confortable,terrasse vaste.
Cons: Le studio mérite un coup de rénovation.

Sehr schöner gemütlicher Aufenthalt.
Pros: Sehr schöne Aussicht auf Nizza und aufs Meer . Für in der Winterzeit sehr schön warm im Raum, wir hatten nie kalt. Kommen gerne wieder.
Cons: Die Schlüsselübergabe hatte etwas lange gedauert und wir standen zusätzlich 30 Minuten im strömenden Regen vor dem Toreingang. Empfehlung Ankunftszeit eine Stunde vorher mitteilen.

Pros: Perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Daher ideal wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel anreist. Bäckerei um die Ecke und Supermarkt recht nah. Der Strand war direkt vor dem Appartment, man muss nur die Straße überqueren. Sehr nette und ruhige Hausbewohner und ein traumhafter Blick auf die Pomenade. Die Kommunikation beim Anreisen hat reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert.
Cons: Eher laut, wegen dem Verkehr unterhalb. Dafür entschädigt der Ausblick
