⭐⭐ Excellent stay in Nice ⭐⭐

Pros: Our stay at John's house was absolutely perfect. The apartment was excellent, very warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really feel the care and attention John has put into the place. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, yet extremely convenient. Just a few meters from the apartment there is a stop for bus 98, which takes you directly to the city center and the Old Town, very easy and fast transportation. On top of that, there are bakeries, shops, and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket literally around the corner. Our host, John (now is our friend from Nice 😊), is a wonderful person very discreet, kind, and helpful. He gave us smart and useful tips about places to visit, activities to do, and great food spots, which made our trip even better. We truly felt like home here and had an amazing experience. We will definitely be staying at John's place again when we come back to Nice. Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment, perfect location and welcoming host!

Pros: Felt so welcome at this beautiful place! Such a comfortable property in a perfect location, walking/short tram distance to everything we wanted to see. John was so lovely and respectful, and provided all the little things that made the stay extra special- like tea and coffee! Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Really lovely host, John made us feel so welcome and comfortable and had good suggestions on places to go and see, room was very clean and comfortable nice balcony and in a good location close to the port and a short walk to the old town, we really enjoyed our stay :))

I can't complain... the place is clean, the host is friendly. I am satisfied with my stay.

Pros: I liked that my Host was always helpful, down for a chat... the location is near everything. The view from my room was beautiful. My host also gave me my space.

Cons: That my stay was too short... l feel the host does everything he can to make it comfortable and showed me lots of Activities to do...

Perfect stay in a good locality

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Jon's place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped – everything we needed was there. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the tram stop, with easy access to the city center and the beach. The way from the airport was simple. Jon was a great and welcoming host. Everything about the stay was excellent – highly recommended!
