Perfect apartment in Old Town Nice

Pros: Amazing location in the centre of old town. Two lovely bedrooms and decent size kitchen and living. All the amenities required. Would recommend and stay again

Cons: Only downside is the second bedroom doesn’t have a window, and there is not much natural light in the apartment. Didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time.

Very enjoyable, great location

Pros: So clean and modern and has two separate bed rooms, no sofa beds which is great. A/C washing machine, tv etc very comfy stay. So close to all the restaurants in old town and promenade. Near two trams stops. Would highly recommend

Pros: God og central belliggenhed i hjertet af den gamle bydel. Pæn lejlighed. Gode senge.

Cons: Alt var fint.

Très joli appartement avec emplacement idéal.

Pros: Logement spacieux et bien décoré. Appartement était propre à notre arrivée. Emplacement idéal juste à côté de la place Rosetti. Pas de commerces dans cette ruelle donc beaucoup plus calme que dans d autres ruelles du Vieux Nice. L équipe gérante du logement prend régulièrement des nouvelles c est agréable.

Cons: WC dans la SDB. Marches glissantes en sortie de douche. 1 seul trousseau de clé pas très pratique quand on est à plusieurs. Mais ça reste des petits détails au regard de TOUT LE POSITIF.

Pros: L'emplacement est top l'appartement est sympa

Cons: canapé inconfortable car l'assise est trop droite (dû certainement à la réparation à l'arrière du canapé avec des équerres métalliques) pévoir un nombre de petites cuillères suffisant serait bien mais rien de grave, ce sont des détails

Pros: Locatia foarte buna, in centru vechi. Aproape de statia de travai T2 care duce direct la aeroport.

Ottimo, consiglio vivamente

Pros: Posizione ottima, ambiente ampio e veramente pulito, considerata le temperature esterna fredda, la casa era molto ben riscaldata, bagno nuovissimo con addirittura la presenza di kit cortesia doccia e bagnoschiuma, tutto perfettamente funzionante, la comunicazione con l’agenzia che lo gestisce è stata rapida chiara ed efficace, Wifi perfetto, grande televisore a schermo piatto, presenza di comodo phon capelli e macchina per il caffè, frigo pulitissimo e nuovissimo come del resto tutti gli elettrodomestici

Cons: Pochi asciugamani per 4 persone, poca luce nell’appartamento

Excellent stay in the centre of nice old town

Pros: The property is in the most amazing location right in the heart of the old town with access to many pubs restaurants and shops minutes away. The flat is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The team communicated well throughout booking.

Cons: Booking.com stated this flat has a balcony but this is a tiny balcony which is internal to the building- the balcony is not outside. The street the flat is accessed from is very dark for accessing at night and as such there is barely any daylight during the day either- only the main living room/ kitchen has windows. The bedrooms, bathroom and hall have no windows.

Pros: Huippu sijainti. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Sängyt ok. Ystävällisiä naapureita. Kommunikaatio toimi. Voisin tulla uudelleen.

Cons: Asunto vanhassa kaupungissa. Ikkunoista näkyi naapurin talo ihan vieressä. Päivänvaloa ei juuri näkynyt.avain piti hakea eri paikasta. Ohjeet kyllä ok. Autolla vanhassa kaupungissa ei liikuta. Laukkuja sai kantaa pidemmälle. Tosin sijainti pelipaikoilla! Ei sovellu liikuntarajoittuneelle.
