Perfect location and very comfortable

Pros: Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, and the apartment was equipped with far more than we could ever imagine. It truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Nice extra comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable flat in a fantastic location

Pros: Central location! The flat was a comfortable oasis for our explorations of Nice. It had everything we needed and it was very clean.

Cons: The urban setting was a bit noisier than expected. There were 3 flights of stairs to get to the flat—difficult when bringing up our suitcases.

Wonderful venue for a long weekend.

Pros: Had everything I needed for a long weekend and perfect location. Two fans to help on hot days, hair dryer, hot shower, slippers, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and cooker, comfy bed and extra blankets and pillows if needed, ample plug points and towels. Polite and professional host.

Cons: 3rd floor so bear this in mind if you have luggage as no lift, other than that - perfect!

Tökéletes elhelyezkedésű apartman, szívesen visszamennék.

Pros: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, jól felszerelt, kényelmes apartman. A szállás egy csendes utcában van, de egy utcasarkot menve már a pezsgő óvárosban van az ember, ahol rengeteg a kis nyüzsgő étterem. A strand és a tengerparti sétány 3 perc alatt megközelíthető. A villamosmegálló szintén közel van.

Cons: A fürdőszobában meleg van, a szobában a ventilátorok jól működnek, de jó lenne egy rendes klíma.

Cons: Les travaux le matin à côté bruit assourdissant pE être une rénovation des lieux c’est la malchance quoi un voisin reste un voisin sauf fallait avertir par message le client à cet imprévu qui ne durera pas bien sûr
