Charming apartment in the heart of Nice

Pros: Charming old building in the heart of Nice. The rooms are specious with lovely balcony. The parking is a bonus. The staff was responsive and helpful 👌🏼

Cons: The kitchen could have been a bite more clean. Unfortunately during our stay there was a construction next door which created a lot of noise during the week.

Wowowo place too good

Pros: Well it is a beautiful place with good room size, hall and a big balcony. The host was super cute and assisted with luggage as it has no lift and have cute wooden stairs on 1 st floor at least this one. There was full kitchen with thoughtful ness to keep olive oils, salt, pepper, tissues, some more food item which is a rare. He provided water bottles too. The location is too good and walking distance to everything. Address is well known. Only that the bathroom locks were not working so one could have a awkard moment.Rest a must come back stay. Don't think just book this one. You will love it. Forgot to mention they have BBQ facilities on terrace n the terrace is too die for. Another dining n huge sofas on terrace for a lively party. Thank god they have an air-conditioning as we did need in June 2nd week.

Pros: Le logement était super, très agréable et conforme à la description. Les lits étaient très confortables, ce qui nous a permis de très bien nous reposer. La terrasse est également un vrai plus, parfaite pour profiter de l’extérieur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Nous y séjournerons à nouveau lorsque nous reviendrons sur la côte d azur

Très agréable

Pros: Très bon emplacement. En hyper centre et au calme. On peut tout faire à pied. L’appartement a beaucoup de charme, avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Grande cuisine équipée. Les lits sont très confortables. Possibilité de dormir à 6 si besoin grâce au canapé-lit du salon. La grande terrasse est un atout majeur.

Nous étions 6 adultes et un enfant, tout était parfait : couchages confortables, appart impeccable

Pros: Le canapé-lit a été une excellente surprise : même avec 6 adultes et un enfant, tout le monde a très bien dormi, y compris sur ce couchage qui était vraiment confortable. L’appartement est spacieux, moderne et bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour en groupe. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir, et l’accès a été simple et bien organisé. La terrasse est un vrai atout, idéale pour se détendre et passer des moments agréables. Tout était impeccable et en très bon état à notre arrivée. Francesca a été très disponible et attentive tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore meilleure. Nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés

Una bella esperienza

Pros: Alloggio molto confortevole, pulito, silenzioso, in ottima posizione per visitare Nizza e relativamente vicino al mare. Molto utile il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo, dal momento che trovare parcheggio e` un incubo e i parcheggi sono comunque a pagamento. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare il bel terrazzino a causa delle temperature ancora rigide.

Pros: Beautiful Niçoise apartment with lovely French style. Easy to get to fun restaurants, shops, train station (day trip to Italy), beach and other interesting parts of town. We loved having the outdoor space too. Key pick up and chats with representatives were pleasant and efficient.
