Pros: Apartment in a great location, in the center, close to all facilities. Well equipped and a good choice for a short stay.

Cons: It needs more towels, a more comfortable mattress and the Wifi code to be prominently displayed.

Pros: The studio is very compact and has everything you need for a stay in Nice. It is very well situated near to the main boulevard, the tram stop and the station. And not far from Place Masséna and the seafront.

Great location and a helpful host

Pros: This was the perfect location. An easy walk to everywhere but in a peaceful street with plenty of cafes etc near by. The host was super helpful and was very quick to respond when we had some questions. The outdoor space was a real bonus as the apartment itself is a small studio and the extra space was appreciated.

Cons: Once the bed is folded out there is not much room to move around it - but that's fine as we weren't spending much time in the apartment.

Pros: great place, good location, has everything you need. Little small but enough for 2 ppl plus you get the great tarrace.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Amenities were well thought out. Would definitely return.

Cons: Directions to retrieve the keys were a bit difficult.

Super semaine dans ce logement

Pros: Le balcon de ce studio est vraiment un plus, il est agréable et intime. L’appartement est très bien situé. Le studio a tout ce dont on a besoin pour plusieurs jours. Les photos représente bien le logement. Merci aux hôtes qui sont très réactif .

Cons: Ce qui pourrait être amélioré c’est le rangement le placard est encombré par des cousssins donc on ne peut pas ranger nos vêtements pour une semaine avoir un placard est un plus.
