A real home

Pros: A real home. Comfortable and well equipped. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Lovely garden well suited for breakfast al fresco. Communication and directions were very good. Easy check-in. Nothing to worry about the deposit to pay in advance.

Pros: Good location, quiet side street, but very closed to the tram stop with direct connection to the airport and the city center. 10 mins walk to the sea and to central railway station. The flat and the garden are cosy. Beds were also ok.

Cons: We had to pay a deposit, which was not announced when we booked, but we got it back at the end without problem. There are mosquitos in the garden, in the evening the green area is not usable and the windows must be closed. Some edges were a bit dusty (cobwebs), but alltogether the flat was clean. The takeover at the arrival was personal and quick (we came punctually at the planned time).

Pros: I really liked the apartment, it is spacious and equipped with everything you need. It is also very close to the center, sights, the train station. A perfect place for a vacation.

Super séjour....

Pros: Superbe endroit....c'était magique. 5 jours idéalement placés dans Nice avec cerise sur le gâteaux un jardin.....et le calme. L'appartement au RDC donne sur l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une rue extrêmement peu passante. N'hésitez pas....un cocon.... Merci.

Cons: 😊😊 compliqué le stationnement dans cette belle ville de Nice....

Le séjour était très agréable.

Pros: Le rez de jardin est le grand avantage de cet appartement, je l'ai trouvé trés beau.

Geen addertjes onder het gras, maar wel veel muggen😄

Pros: Geweldig mooi appartement met prachtige tuin. Locatie uitstekend en verhuurder zeer behulpzaam en toegankelijk. Betrouwbaar adres en wij komen zeer zeker heel graag weer terug.

Cons: De muggen!!!! Advies: neem Deet mee, ventilator aan en zet bakje azijn neer op tafel, anders is het niet te doen😅
