Excellent apartment and location

Pros: From the time of booking, communication with the host was clear and prompt. The key handover was in person and the host arrived exactly on time. The location of the apartment was excellent, it felt very safe, it was close to the train station, the tram for the airport, Place Masena and it was also easy walking distance to the old town and the beach. The apartment had everything I needed for a self catering stay and it was great to have a washing machine. The balcony was a decent size and it was peaceful to sit out there. Apart from a couple of evenings when I heard loud music from the neighbour, there was no noise at all, which was great, it was very peaceful. I was a little concerned about sleeping on a sofa bed, but it was actually very comfortable, really it was like sleeping in a real bed, I slept very well. It was a perfect place to stay, I would say don't hesitate if you're thinking about booking this apartment!

Cons: I thought the check in time was quite late, 16:00, but I see that's not that unusual in Nice. It would have been possible for me to check in earlier, but to do that I was told I would have to pay 40 euros. That's the first time I've ever been asked to pay to check in early. I declined and just spent the day in the city.

Pros: J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement le calme. Et j'ai très bien était reçus et même quand j'ai voulu réserver une nuit de plus j'ai eu quelqu'un qui m'a bien dirigé et renseigner merci encore

Bellissimo studio al centro di Nizza

Pros: Lo studio relativamente grande, ben illuminato, rinovato, ottima posizione, ci è piaciuto tutto. Da migliorare un po la pulizia in cuccina (dentro ormadi) e forse invece il divano, mettere il letto sarebbe una bellissima idea. Altrimenti 10 su 10

Pros: Большая студия на 3 этаже. Лифт есть. Ванная комната была очень чистая. Приличная кухня с необходимым набором посуды и кухонных принадлежностей. Очень удобное расположение. Рядом магазины, супермаркеты, рестораны, остановки общественного транспорта. И в то же время тихая улица. Кондиционер работал тихо и хорошо. Балкон широкий. Соседей в доме при закрытых окнах не слышно. Шторы защищают комнату от света во время сна.

Cons: Эту студию можно было бы улучшить, поставив одну полноценную кровать. Тогда бы эта студия нравилась всем. Смутил залог 400 евро, который ещё не вернули, но обещали вернуть в течение 7 дней. P.S. Залог вернули, все хорошо.
