Very good

Pros: The flat is air-conditioned and well-equipped, and the property is conveniently located close to the city centre.

Cons: There are no blackout curtains, and luggage cannot be stored.

Perfec place for a great holiday

Pros: Everything was perfect, great location, lots of stores and restaurants nearby, direct tram from airport. Beautiful and spotless clean flat, well equipped even if you want to cook. Good AC, wifi, Netflix. Nothing to fault really. And the host is very kind and responsive. Can only recommend 100% and can’t wait to be back.

Little gem

Pros: The apartment was excellent equipped and exactly as the photos on the site. The communication with the hosts were easy and they helped with any requests upfront. The check in was on time as agreed. The apartment is close to main streets, Nice Ville station, tram 2 to the airport and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in central location

Pros: Great location, very central and in walking distance to most interesting places and the train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Fully equipped. Good AC amd Wifi. Very clean. Service was also very uncomplicated and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Appartement très bien. Nous n’hésiterions pas à le louer à nouveau.

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé au cœur de Nice.Il est très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Nous avons également apprécié le chauffe serviette.

Cons: L’accueil par l’employé a été fait de manière *ordinaire* . Nous avons eu une deuxième personne qui est venu nous porter de la literie.Son nom Yves, je crois … très aimable et avenant. Nous avons eu à régler une situation avec le propriétaire qui a été très ouvert et compréhensif à régler le litige.Merci d’avoir pris soin de notre demande et régler à notre satisfaction.

Pros: Appartement super bien situé, à proximité de tout : transports en commun, train, épicerie, boulangerie. Tout se fait à pied. Beaucoup de restaurants à quelques minutes de marche. L'appartement est très propre et est bien équipé. Nous avons été super bien accueillis et la communication avec l'hote est très facile. Je recommande!

Pros: 地理位置不错，走路3分钟就到电车站和大的超市了，附近还有一些面包店和餐厅。设施都很完好，房间很大，很舒适。房东人很不错，当我有问题，打电话给他时，他都很快接听。

Cons: 刚开始我到民宿楼下时，打电话给房东确认位置，房东说他的助手在门口等我，但我并没有看见他，所以我以为我找错了地方，后来找了很久，最后回到原本的地方时，他的助手才叫住我，但对我很凶。另外，浴室的水温不太热，我们洗澡时觉得有点冷。

Pros: Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt! Herrliche Lage so nah an der Altstadt und zum Schwimmen im Meer. Alles kann man erlaufen. Nettes Viertel mit Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet.Alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt, bis zum Geschirr. Sehr individuell. Keine Kitschige Deko. Alles funktioniert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Cons: Das Bett könnte 20 cm breiter sein. Abends und nachts hört man das pralle Leben, also Fenster zu zum schlafen.
