Pros: very kind host, he helped us in everything. the location of the apartment is perfect for explore the French riviera. train station, tram station are in 5 minutes, as well as the centre and old town of Nice.

Great location, very enjoyable stay! I recommend it with all my heart!

Pros: Despite the late time of our arrival, we were greeted by the host and we got a delicious welcome wine. The apartment is small but very cozy, clean and comfortable.

Cons: There was no frying pan, that's the only thing missing

Pros: The easiest check in, the host was there waiting for use and was super friendly and helpful for recommendations. The apartment was a great location and was equipped with everything we needed and more! I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The beds werent the most comfortable and you should be aware it is on a noisy street.

Viskas labai patiko, per 5 dienas aplankėme Ezze, Monaką, Kanus, San Tropez ir gan išsamiai Nicą.

Pros: Vieta ideali turistiniams ir poilsiniams poreikiams: pats centras, geras susisiekimas, arti paplūdimys, netoli senamiestis. Viešasis transportas funkcionuoja labai gerai - tramvajai važiuoja kas kelios minutės, o traukiniai į Ezzę, Monaką - kiekvieną valandą. Virtuvė nedidukė, bet yra viskas ko reikia.

Cons: Kadangi butas mažas, į miegaąją zoną reikia palypėti, tad silpno fiziškumo lankytojai turėtų žinoti tai.

Appartement très bien situé

Pros: L'appartement est vraiment très bien placé, proche de la gare,du tramway. Nice peut se visiter à pied de L'appartement sans problème. La plage est à environ 15 min à pied . Le quartier est calme.

Cons: Le seul bémol, c'est la douche qui est vraiment très petite,je pense que pour des personnes de forte corpulence,cela doit être compliqué...

Pros: Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très arrangeant sur les horaires. L’appartement est très bien place , central mais un peu en retrait d’une des grandes artères de la ville. Les équipements nécessaires sont présents.

Cons: Le couchage est un peu dur mais convient tout à fait pour quelques jours.

Pros: Très bon emplacement entre la gare et le centre-ville. Tous commerces à proximité. Bonne literie. Équipement complet et fonctionnel, bien que parfois en état d'usure. Hôte agréable et disponible.
