Pros: The apartment was excellent, and well located. I made use of the kitchen and the washing machine, and enjoyed the furnishings.

Cons: Everything was good, but I would recommend an extra blanket be provided for the winter (I prefer not to sleep with the A/C running)

Pros: Everything is new. Very cosy appartment with a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. It is perfectly located near the middle of Jean Medicin avenue (main street), and you can easily reach both the train station Nice Ville and Anglais Promenade in 10 minutes walk. There is a bunch of retailers around you may use for cheaper supplies. Building is safe, protected by double gates.

Lovely and excellently located apartment

Pros: A really smart and luxurious apartment in an ideal location for the beach and shopping in Nice. The neighbourhood felt incredibly safe and the host was prompt to reply to any messages and very friendly. Altogether a wonderful stay!

Cons: Not much, if anything the shelves above the bed were slightly inconvenient as it was easy to bang my head on them.

Très joli appartement idéalement placé dans le centre de Nice.

Pros: Joliment décoré et moderne. Super bien placé derrière la riue principale Jean Médecin. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. C’était très facile pour le check in. Nous avons trouvé facilement des places pour se garer dans la rue de l’appartement et de toute façon il yva un parking à 2 minutes de l’appartement. Climatisation réversible dans le salon et la chambre c’est appréciable.

Cons: Une lampe de chevet dans la chambre aurait été appréciée.

Studio sympathique et pratique pour visiter le centre de Nice.

Pros: Belle décoration, très bon état, qualité literie, emplacement centre ville, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Chauffage/clim appréciable.

Cons: Pas de table pour le repas, pas de micro-ondes, les tablettes au dessus du lit sont dangereuses car bien trop proches. Pas de volet ou au moins de rideaux occultants dans la pièce principale.

Si je devais revenir je prendrai le même logement.

Pros: L’appartement était propre, parfaitement décoré et très bien aménagé. L’emplacement était super: pas besoin de la voiture ni des transports en commun, on a tout fait à pied.

Pros: Propreté, décoration, impeccable un excellent studio

Cons: Pas de lampe de cheveil et deux petites planches au dessus des têtes du grand lit peuvent être dangereuses, et aussi le fait de demander de quitter avant 11h j'étais pas obligé cette demande n'avait pas à être, pas respectueux, il faut rester sur un accord établi, heureusement mon départ étais déjà prévu à 9h 30 pour notre retour à Paris
