Pros: We had a lovely stay at Le Francis. It is a super apartment close to all amenities, and a short walk from Nice old port. The apartment itself is newly renovated, the beds are very comfy and everything is modern and clean. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay in Nice (there were 4 of us staying, myself, partner and parents) and was very comfortable. The Nice Riquier train station is 2 minutes walk away and we were able to easily travel to and from the airport, as well as a few day trips to Monaco, and Villefranche. There are many Boulangeries nearby which we used everyday. The host Marion was super! and helped us with all our questions and was able to advise of specific details for our stay. We had an Amazing Stay, and will definitely like to stay again in apartment le Francis next time we are in Nice.

Lovely apartment for relaxed stay in Nice
Pros: Perfect location Nice apartment Very clean Bathroom very nice and new looking Host replies rapidly with any queries.
Cons: Neighbours cooking meant flat smelled of fried oil but you get used to it after being inside for a while. Door very difficult to open with key but my friend figured it out using the detailed information given by the host. I thought the flat was two single beds in one room but it was 1 double bed in both rooms. Host explained this was changed and I was reading old information on Booking to come to this conclusion.

A comfortable unit in a good location from which to explore Nice and surrounds.
Pros: Good location - close to public transport and easy to walk to the port and the old town. There is a supermarket a short walk away. The kitchen is well equiped for self catering.
Cons: A small amount of additional information would have been helpful eg where to find the washing machine and additional supplies and bedding. Also hints on opening the door to the unit and closing the bathroom door. Letting guests know the water is drinkable would be handy for international guests and also how to find the nearest supermarket etc.

Comfortable apartment in a lovely city
Pros: Great location, 15/20 minutes from the old town. Bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants on your doorstep (Le Virginie was our favourite). Train, bus and tram lines were close by too. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you wanted. I found the sofa bed comfortable and my two friends in the double bed room also had a comfortable stay. The host was excellent and was quick to answer any questions we had.
Cons: My two friends in the 2 single bedroom are quite light sleepers so were interrupted by sunlight in the mornings and the noise of one of the beds which was creaking when they moved.

Perfect location, fantastic accommodation
Pros: The location is just perfect. Very close to Nice-Riquier train station, close to Port Lympia, while not in the center of Nice (which is good because there is not much noise at night), the center is easily reachable by bus. There are many shops around (boulangerie just across the road, Netto 100 meters), so stocking up or buying something for breakfast is not problem at all. The apartment contained everything you would possibly need. It was very spacious and clean. We simply felt at home!
Cons: The bathroom door frame was probably damaged by one of the previous guests so it wasn't possible to close the door but the lock still worked so no big deal.
