Modern, clean, good location (it is small though)

Pros: The photos are accurate, it's very clean and modern, coffee machine was appreciated. Location was good, somewhere between the main beach and downtown action and station the other direction.

Cons: With a couple in the mezzanine bed (mind your head) and a teenager on the sofa bed below there is not a lot of room to open suitcases. We loved this place but I would say it's best suited to a couple. But I guess it's great you can add another.

Pros: Amazing apartment in a great location. Central but quiet and very clean and comfortable. Good neighbourhood which felt safe. Short walk to main shopping area, as well as station and sea front.

Pros: Très bon emplacement à proximité de la place Masséna . Le logement est coquet et cosy. Idéal pour 4 maximum.

Pros: Nowoczesny, świetnie zaaranżowany apartament. W pełni wyposażony, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo cichy, mili sąsiedzi. Czyściutko, wygodnie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielami. Bardzo blisko Lidl i piekarnie. Bardzo polecam!

Great trip to Nice for a university research visit

Pros: The location is super great and the place is comfortable and cozy. You have a kitchen with everything. I really enjoyed the capsule coffee maker. The instructions about how to get there were very clear. The host is wonderful, and I really appreciate that he made an effort and prepared for me an invoice with all the data I needed to present my employer.

Cons: For me it was not a problem, but getting to a bed via stairs may be not so convenient for some people.
