Pros: The apartment owner was lovely, and was there to meet us and communicated via WhatsApp. She even provided us with some bottled water and a small beer each in the fridge...so kind. The apartment was comfortable and clean with everything you would need. The location was great and easy to get around, with the train station only a short walk away. The little balcony was a plus for us, as well as having cafes, restaurants and shops so close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment, especially for a couple.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location — just a short walk from major attractions, supermarkets, the city center, and Tram 2. The train station is also conveniently located — not too far, not too close. Apartment has everything you need. Having air conditioning and a drying rack was a real bonus. The host was very welcoming and provided a detailed introduction to both the apartment and the neighborhood. Communication was fast and responsive throughout our stay.

A nice find in Nice ville!
Pros: A great apartment with everything you need. Close to the city centre and 8 min walk to the beach. Lorella was lovely and met us there to hand over the keys and explain everything. It was clean and felt like home

Perfect location in Nice
Pros: Lorella is a lovely and attentive host. We appreciated that she was able to accommodate an early check-in which helped the family rest-uo before exploring Nice. The location is fantastic.

A good choice.
Pros: Very good location in the centre of town and well appointed. The apartment manager was very helpful and arranged a late checkout for us and a taxi to the airport.
Cons: The apartment and terrace lacked sun.

Excellent cozy apartment in a great location
Pros: The apartment is secure, great location, clean and has all facilities. The host was amazing and catered all of our requests. Definitely, recommend and we will come back.

A wonderful apartment in a wonderful city!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay, the apartment feels very safe and peaceful while also being a short walk to lots of things including the shops, train and tram stations that are easy to navigate, the beach and lots of lovely restaurants in the old and new town. We made great use of the washing machine and terrace! Lorella is a lovely host, with a lovely apartment that we would definitely go back to!
Cons: Nothing that we did not like although the hair dryer did not work, Lorella understood this at check out and we could have made use of a large mirror in bedroom, these are not deal breakers for us though and again would love to come back!

Cons: Il self check in non è disponibile e bisogna accordarsi con la proprietà per la consegna delle chiavi , I materassi sia del letto che del divano potrebbero essere più confortevoli , la ventola dell’areazione forzata del bagno non funziona (forse questo spiega i 2 profumatori posizionati sopra il wc)

Central, Cozy, and Attractive, with Lovely Architectural Views
Pros: Location was great--a block from the main shopping street of Jean Medecin and the tram station of the same name, a short walk to Place Massena, Old Town, and the Promenade des Anglais. What we really loved was the great view of spectacular old Belle Epoque buildings of various heights and setbacks--awesome field of color and architectural detail. It is hard to find that kind of view of historic Nice. The building is in a courtyard/garden set back from the street, so it is very quiet. Also, it was nice to be met by someone to get the key, and the owner was very responsive and kind.
Cons: The apartment is small and cozy. The couch and the bed were a bit smaller than we would have liked. We had one set of keys, which was slightly awkward, but we could imagine the issue of possible loss of an expensive key fob and key. The person who let us in explained that if we needed a second set, we could request it and someone would bring it by the next day.
