THis is a great location for connecting to tram, trains and for visit to both modern and old Nice.

Pros: Laura was very good at making contact the day before we travelled and arranging our meeting to get the keys etc. SHe was efficient in showing us around and answered questions. She did appear in a hurry to get away - it was fine though.

Wonderfull vacation on Cote d'Azur!

Pros: Very good location! Very good and helpfull host - Laura! Very comfortable facility. Near to the public transport and The Promenade.

Quiet apartment in excellent location

Pros: Location was excellent and same time it was really quiet. Tram station was really close, beach was also minutes away. Specially we liked the balcony. Apartment was well equipped. The host was very helpful, very responsive and cooperative.

Cons: The pan in the kitchen was sticky, did not figure out how to properly fry eggs on that thing 🙃 I suggest to get non-sticky one 💡

Relaxing Stay with Terrace in a Prime Location

Pros: apartment from the host. The host is always available and responsive. Excellent location. The complex is very quiet and safe. You need to go through three key-activated checkpoints to get to the apartment. There is a large terrace where we had breakfast. The apartment is cozy and clean. It has everything you need for everyday living. The shower is good. The kitchen is equipped for preparing small meals: pots, pans, all necessary utensils. There's also a microwave. The neighborhood is excellent — beautiful, quiet, and clean. One of the best areas in the city. There are several grocery stores, bakeries, and coffee shops nearby. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. If you prefer sunbeds over lying on the rocks, make sure to reserve them in advance.

Cons: The air conditioner is installed directly above the bed, which can make it easy to catch a cold. We either raised the temperature or turned it off completely at night.

Clean and comfortable space in a perfect location

Pros: Location was perfect - so close to everything yet in a quiet and clean building. The bed was comfortable and all the basics were made available. It was very convenient that the toilet was separate from the bath.

Cons: The only thing is that the hot water ran out after 10mins of showering so we had to stagger our showers.

Tres belle endroit, tres bien situé.

Pros: Belle appartement, propre, bien équipé. Le nécessaire sacs poubelle, capsule de café, Pdt de nettoyage mis à disposition.

Cons: La terrasse en partie fermée, dons plus sombre et au dessus d'une école, donc plutôt bruyant par période.

ロケーションと広々した室内で快適

Pros: ロケーションは街の中心地のマセナ広場とニース駅の中間でとても便利。アパートの室内は広くてキッチン、食洗器、洗濯機などそろっており、ベランダが広くて大変快適。

Cons: シャワーを5分以上使うと、お湯から水になってしまうことが時々あった。

Perfect Apartment with Quality

Pros: The interior design of the apartment was super, the paintings on the wall, and the atmosphere were great, you felt at home, a classy home with quality of living. Big terrace with very nice setting. Great location with easy access to Jean Médecin tram station just located within walking distance. All amenities were available and it made your stay easy and comfortable. The apartment was very new and clean.

Cons: Nothing in specific. The bed could be more comfortable. And the electric kettles start button didn’t work and you had to hold it until the water came to boil, or may be we didn’t know how to work with it.
