Fabulous

Pros: The location, the peacefulness and the cleanliness. Our host was so responsive when we had a problem with the shower. Such a good communicator.

Cons: A washing machine would have been good.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, newly air-conditioned, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a supermarket nearby, so it was possible to cook for oneself.

Cons: The bathroom door did not close properly. There was no curtain in the bathtub.

Pros: A new/renovated appartment, not far from the city centre and promenade.

Cons: Not really comfortable for tall people (very low ceiling). The biggest problem is a parking (impossible to find a place on the street and the garage parking in front of the app was very expensive - we spent about 70 euros for it for 3 days).

Enjoyed ourselves very much - would certainly recommend this apartment for those visiting Nice

Pros: Excellent location. The apartment is very well kitted out and presented. Jeremy was a very good host and helped to explain arrangements for picking up keys etc.

Pros: Location is just perfect. Our flight arrived at midnight and Jeremy - host - met us in the house to provide keys in person!

super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und zentral gelegen

Pros: die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar wie Strand, Altstadt, Bahnhof und viele gute Restaurants. Es war ruhig zum Schlafen, da zum Innenhof gelegen.

Eccellente e centrale a Nizza

Pros: L’appartamento è molto accogliente e munito di tutte le necessità, è luminoso e carino. È molto vicino al centro circa 500 m, vicino all’appartamento ci sono tutti i beni di prima necessità molti ristoranti e locali simpatici. L’unica cosa da segnalare forse è che ci sono diversi scalini per raggiungere l’appartamento. Preciso che viaggio con un figlio che ha difficoltà a camminare. Per tutti gli altri è perfetto.

Cons: Se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca, manca un appendiabiti all’ingresso. Ma l’appartamento è delizioso.

Molt Bona relació qualitat preu

Pros: Es un sotan molt ben ubicat que dona interior molt cuco sense soroll i amb molta claredat i tranquilitat. Distribució diferent però Molt funcional. Molt bé si vens a fer turisme de visitar llocs ja que la major part del dia estàs fora i arribes t'arregles i surts a sopar o pots preparar-ho a la cuina. AC a totes les estancies. Decoració amb Molt de gust. Parquing al davant. Molt Bona atenció del propietari.
