Pros: The terrace area was a nice space, a large apartment with plenty of space for our party.

Cons: I felt the apartment wasn’t the cleanest, needed a bit of a scrub in the bathroom, terrace flooring etc… beds quite hard but that’s to some people’s liking.

Cons: Some maintenance was lacking and the apartment is quite noisey

Pros: Great spot in the city center, 3 min walk to trams, main shoping district and close to the beach. Lovely terrace. We were pleased by the welcome bottle of rose : ) Two nice restaurants just down the stairs.

Cons: The bunk bed needs to be fixed to the wall. The noise from the close school yard can be disturbing in the early morning, but at least no need to set up your alarm : )

Pros: Balcony terrace provided lovely, shaded extra space. Great location, near to both tramlines, restaurants and shopping. Superb air-con!

Pros: Wir sind 2 Wochen in eine Sprachschule und die Wohnung lag optimal!

Pros: Posizione, ampiezza e luminosità appartamento, terrazzo, elettrodomestici, aria condizionata in ogni vano. Facilità check-in e check-out

Cons: Serramenti e persiane veramente vecchissimi a rischio di rottura ad ogni utilizzo.

Pros: Super beliggenhed, lige midt i Nice,Tæt på strandpromenade, shopping, parker etc

Cons: Vi kom med en klapvogn, og den kunne på ingen måde komme ind i elevator. Der var kun plads til 1 person, så vi måtte bære klapvogn op ad trapperne
