It’s a very pleasant stay and super comfortable.

Pros: The apartment location was excellent. It’s so close to everything, I’ve walked to most to all the spots I wanted to see. I love that there is a convenience store right next door, I was able to buy snacks, drinks and food to cook. 6 minutes away from the Nice train station is also a big plus on my books. I’ve managed to train to Menton and Cannes very easily. My favourite part was the balcony, I was able to catch sunrise on the balcony which was a super nice touch. Love everything about this apartment. Will stay here again next time I’m in Nice.

Pros: Schitterende locatie mooi appartement voorzien van alle gemakken en een heerlijk buitenterras.

Cons: Helemaal niets komen zeker terug daar.

Pros: Emplacement idéal à Nice!! Près de la gare de train et d'une station de tramway. La plupart des attraits accessibles à pied. Épicerie littéralement à 2 pas de l'appartement (porte suivante dans le même immeuble). La terrasse. Laveuse dans l'appartement.

Cons: Ménage et commodités dans le logement aurait besoin d'un peu plus d'attention et d'efforts (pommeau douche ne tient pas, vaisselle pas très propre, fil du séchoir cassé, etc). Absence de volet dans la fenêtre du salon et rideau transparent donc pas pratique pour la personne qui dort sur le divan lit. Seulement 1 rouleau de papier toilette et une mini bouteille de 20ml de savon à vaisselle fourni à notre arrivée (avons acheté à l'épicerie pour le reste de notre séjour car nous y étions 7 jours). L'accès à la terrasse n'est pas directement depuis l'intérieur de l'appartement. Il faut sortir dans le petit corridor qui mène à l'appartement (corridor où il ny a personne dautre puisqu'il y a une première porte à franchir) et ouvrir les volets pour la voir. Ça ne nous apparaissait pas si évident à voir les photos mais l'accès y est privé et agréable! Tout cela ne nous a pas empêché d'avoir un séjour très agréable mais pourrait décevoir quelqu'un pour qui ces aspects sont très importants.
